Zeorian Harvesting & Trucking

Күн бұрын

Days 16 & 17.
We had nearly an inch of rain between the evening of day 15 and 16. So, no cutting happened over the past couple of days.
Instead, the trucks emptied two grain bins getting them ready for more.
And we got caught up on sleep…

This video brought back memories of when my husband and I used to obtain grain samples from various grain elevators as they were loading grain cars. That was almost 40 years ago in NW Ohio.

It makes a lot of sense to have two scales especially at a terminal that size at harvest time when there's a long line of trucks waiting to unload. This way when the trucks get unloaded they don't have to wait in line to get weighed back empty and can get back for another load quicker.
