I wanted you to know that as a 40 something my mindset is growing as I watch your videos. I work at an elementary school and I'm always so tired. I give my all and offer as much infectious joy as I can every day...then I'm wiped out when I get home. In the past two or three months I've been cooking and eating more to "nourish" my body as you always say. And now that I am on a school break I've been focusing on healthy movement rather than trying to get "in shape" or get "back on track". That mindset of nourishing myself, wholeness, and wellness over an image and pressure to look a certain way has been such a blessed change. Every day is more about looking for ways I can fuel my body, move, and do the things I want for a healthy mind, body, and soul. You're message is being heard! Question: You mention collegen a lot. I've tried two different organic collegen supplements in the past couple of years and I had to stop taking them bc they caused bumps sort of like a break out (some on my face similar to acne but not quite, and a few throughout my body too.) Why could that be happening? I would really like to use collegen as a bioavailble protein source but I'm not a fan of the reaction my skin has. Thank you again for your message and the heart you put into everything you do here.❤️

To make your own Seven Teas Berry Hibiscus, I used 1/2 tbsp of honeybush, hibiscus, and added nettle for minerals. I steeped in a 32 oz mason jar with water to the top for 5 min. Strained and added 1 tbsp sugar. I then let it cool and poured over ice with a splash of blueberry nectar juice(found at my local health food store) and lemon and boom it taste just like it to me! I know the ingredients have Rooibos but the honeybush is all I needed. It’s delicious and so much cheaper. I love seven teas but it was too expensive to drink everyday.
