Emily, I’m guessing your cabin is close to your Dad’s cabin since you’re able to get stuff from the green house. The food you made looked good. The cabin looks great. Like to content of your channel. Keep putting out the videos and we’ll keep watching them! God Bless.

Her dad said in one of his video's that he has a sister, his daughter Emily, and himself in the area with their own places. He also said his other daughter, wife, and another sister will eventually be moving there too. So, he chuckled and said 5 women. Isn't Emily just a beautiful, talented, and very smart young lady ?? He must be so proud.

A good idea for bookends. Get two granite cobbles from a stream that are maybe twice as big as a softball, clean them up and coat with clear enamel so the color stands out. Then you have a couple of nice rustic looking bookends.

Hi Emily ! I like the new shelf arrangement better than old....less space . Please tell your Dad I left a comment on his last posting about a great all natural bug repellant I discovered fishing in Florida's Everglades. "Skin So Soft" or (SSS) by AVON . It works Great on "All biting insects" ! From mosquitos, sand knats, black flies, horse flies, deer flies, etc ! I believe it is actually a "bath oil" but applied to skin is soothing.. and can be applied to clothing too ! I spent 13 years living in the No. Fla Wilderness with lots and lots of bugs homesteading raw land much like your dad and developing and building. Now I live next to Lake Superior, in Superior ,Wisc ...I do not miss the heat or bugs ! LOL ! So we are almost neighbors to you guys in Ontario Canada. Hope this helps you guys with your "bug" problem in the warmer months ! Best Wishes to your family ! Grandpa Ron ...😊

Nice trails! I love cycling. Where I live there are no trails. Watching you mountain biking through those trails had me wondering when those two large trees came in front of you and a very narrow gap between them, I was thinking as you were approaching them was 'how is she going to get through that?' and then you went around, lovely. Have a great day.

Using PVA white wood glue mixed with sawdust make a good wood filler for plugging holes in wood the glue dries clear and can be sanded or used wood dowels glued in to the holes that's been drilled to the size of the dowel once drilled add to glue to the dowel using hammer knock the dowel into the hole in wait till glue dries then cut off dowel them sandpaper smooth then paint if needed to hide the hole

Noted that someone commented on eating radish leaves - I bet that they would be surprised to know that the leaves of other plants are also edible, such as beet greens and turnip greens, and that radishes can be cooked just like turnips and rutabagas. I add sliced radishes to stirfries, and diced radishes to omelets/egg scrambles. That was a great idea, making two shelves from one, and it made that corner more homey. Little by little, you are turning the cabin into a mirror of your values and personality. Thanks for including us in the bike ride - great scenery, especially that lake scene - so relaxing and tranquil, especially in this hectic world we live in.

But I no he talks about it will feed the whole family with what he's growing and you've also helped him with the garden boxes in it and planting seeds. It's the community garden for the family. I love the low foot print lifestyle you promote and teach others to learn sustainability in these demanding times, Emily. You are super cool in my books. I hope you weren't offended by the Pixie and Fairy I sent you they are purely given in the spirit of giving. I have given many prize packages to channels I like, to help them with their viewership and have donated some of my Metal Detecting from the Colonial Road, The Old Nippising Road a treasure of history, to another uTube Channel from Orillia and they are taken on tour for his display. I have been blessed with more than I need so I give. I will not take offence whatsoever if you find them not exactly something that fits in your space, just thought the age of the Pixie doorknocker was kind of a neat talking piece. Enjoy I meant to ask if you or any family member were Amateur Radio Operators/Hams? I am.

I can't remember the name of the Canadian canoe pack, I have one of those. I enjoy watching 👀 your family's outdoor activities... Also, I'm guessing that there must be some wild rice to harvest in your area? I'm guessing that it would require First Nation considerations, like in Minnesota, where I live?
