What's strange about this exchange is that words like "abuse" "neglected" and "beat up" is being thrown around, but Doug is not defining his terms What does Doug mean? Was Lisa not giving him sex? So Jimmy took "shortcuts" and trusted his own gut (and Doug) to hurry things along to get Joni married to Doug. And Joni was "so hot for Doug" that Jimmy ran over all the objections of every Lamb and Weiss child - dishonoring them - using his decades of experience and gut feelings. I also noticed in another recording that Joni said Joyce Meyer called her, but didn't say what Joyce said to her. I wonder if we add up all the "years of experience" of everyone objecting to the marriage and compared the total years of experience of everyone rushing Joni to the altar - who wins the numbers game? It seems like Joni and Doug were lying to the world in their previous marriages - instead of the fulfillment they presented to everyone, they were desperately unfulfilled. But if anyone had a chance for a fulfilling marriage, it would be Joni and Doug (what else could anyone have done for them to equip them to have a great marriage?). So why would anyone believe that Joni and Doug could make this new marriage work if their previous marriages failed so miserably? Don't statistics tell us that people who fail in their marriages continue failing? What's different about Joni and Doug being married that will avoid past issues? My dad was married 5 or 6 times and the only reason the last marriage didn't end in divorce was because he died before that happened. This isn’t a demon, this is the reality of how evil the sinful nature of humanity is. This is why Christ had to die for us. The more people blame sin on demons, the less accountable they are held because it becomes about casting the “demon” instead of repenting.

I am in NO WAY justifying what is going on here because this situation is WILD… but I was accused of having an affair with my husband and I truly did no such thing. We met and married within a month. This is so hard to listen too. My husband and I were lay councillors for couples in crisis. My husband would NEVER take a husbands word alone for a situation. I see him as a liar. This man on multiple occasions over the years talked about his wonderful wife and their great sex life only to divorce her. He neglected to tell his clients about it. Joni must have been starving for sex because I have never seen her smile like she does now. She lost weight after the death of Marcus and I’m sure that made her more appealing to Doug. All of the prophetic messages that she would remarry never mentioned that he would divorce his wife to marry Joni. I stopped watching anything after I saw Jimmy Evans put his stamp of approval on their relationship. To say that I was shocked when Doug came out on stage is an understatement. All will be exposed if there’s any impropriety involved.

There are videos emerging of Doug Weiss speaking at churches and marriage conferences , that go back years ago . And what he talks about in sadistic sexual terms in public is shocking . He claimed in one video that his manly parts basically were anointed. And that Jesus also died for us to exalt our sexual pleasures. A very disturbed man in my personal opinion. There are many other recordings of things he says that i would feel shameful to repeat. Search online and watch these for yourself and see what discernment you feel Holy Spirit tells you.. Its so sad and a tragedy that Joni didn't check him out background wise before jumping into a quick relationship with him. I believe one day she will tearfully and deeply regret it. It was a high price to pay. To abandon and betray her precious granddaughter , Son and sweet daughter in law.

When the Holy Spirt gives discernment He doesn’t care about your years of experience. The disciples had no previous experience but Jesus chose them and used them. The Pharisees had incredible years of experience and knowledge but we know what Jesus thought of them! I even believe him when he says that she has abandoned him. The questions is just why? My Mom also did not have physical relations anymore with my father as time went on but because he was violent, an abuser, manipulative, had affairs, but always the nice face in church.. But she was too scared to leave him and people in church wouldn't believe her and still encouraged her to stay with the husband. I don't know what the reason is behind Miss Lisa's situation, but IF she endured something similar like my Mom, I'd totally get why she did it. Lisa if you are reading this.
