Paudie great to hear from you. I did not meet one Irish or Cork people when I was out here just a few french backpackers passing through. Vientiane Laos is a very unique City the Laotian people are humble and very friendly. I am now in another country so have recorded videos from there too✌️ Hope all is well with you mate and I heard weather is improving back home🙏

Michael Vientiane Laos is a very relaxing quaint place to visit a real humbling experience🙏 I do like to train in the mornings especially I fast over night and train while I fast I find it regulates my weight. In my younger days I was on both the Irish Athletics team for distance running and the Irish boxing team. I used train twice a day in those days morning and evening. Sometimes I do feel tired after training in the mornings but I can not relax until I have it done on my days off. I also train after work Monday to Friday for 30 to 45mins doing ground exercises and light weights with stretches and foam rolling which I find helps me excell at work with mobility and flexibility in regards to climbing , lifting, digging , dragging and pulling as a gardener✌️ I am delighted to hear you like to train also and that will stand to you throughout your life✌️ yes there is always "The Next Day"✌️

@@mr.tidygarden cheers for the reply mate I could tell you take your fitness very seriously so makes sense you was at that higher level of training with your boxing ect, 💪👌, I'm with you on the fasted training you feel amazing when doing it fasted, I mostly do a 20/4 daily fast myself but I don't train fasted through which is a shame because I eat 3pm to 7pm, usually train around 5ish, apart from weekends i do fasted cardio and mini circuts or free weights, at 36 now i do yoga most days I find that helps me tremendously for recovery ect, anyway im off on a tangent here haha, you enjoy that holiday mate dont work too hard over there 🤠✌️

Yes it is half the price of Thailand and also far more quieter , there are no nightclubs only bars and restaurants✌️
