Daytime Running Lights: unpacking, review, tests and measurements DRL

Daytime running lights decided to put it in the car, and as the parcel with them came, I wrote down the unpacking and review of these DRLs in this video. He also connected DRL to see how the light is being measured, the current being consumed, to evaluate the power. I disassembled the lantern body to see how the lanterns are shining without a hood and at the same time sealed the lantern enclosure with a sealant to prevent moisture from getting into it and the lanterns worked longer - showed how to do it, which I advise you to do if you take similar lights.
These daytime running lights from the cheapest, made in China and at the time of purchase they cost 90 UAH in Ukraine. If you take from a Chinese online store, then there you can find them for 50 UAH. I chose them, because according to reviews, they are the most popular product in the store.
The kit includes brackets for fastening to the car, screws, 4 wires with 1 m terminals - everything you need.

These lights have 8 SMD diodes and the power of the fire is about 1 watt - frozen in the video. They do not shine so much that it's very bright, but the car with them is much more noticeable on the road.
Running ahead I will say that they are already standing by the car and are working - they are shining, they fulfill their function.

Здравствуйте Алексей!Подскажите у меня стояли такие же, но через некоторые время начал из за них перегорать предохранитьель.По видимому мне нужно их также разобрать и проклеить от влаги.Т.к где то происходит КЗ, но дело в том что они уменя возник вопрос нужно ли ставить на них дополнительно реле?

Разобрать и на герметик, конечно надо - обязательно! Реле, не знаю, так как ваша схема подключения может отличаться от моей, но особо оно не нужно, так как потребление у этих ДХО меньше 0.5 А А вот предохранитель в цепь огней надо ставить.

Так само придбав у 2017 році за 80 грн але без додаткових проводів та клем, тоді там ще їх не було. На жаль не було жовтих ДХО вогнів, вони краще примітні. Не існує, які тільки не шукав. Або спробую замінити, перепаяти на жовті світлодіоди, як що не знайду готові. Так само загерметизую. За електричні параметри дякую. Передивлюсь Ваше наступне відео по підключенню ДХО. Жовті НЕ МОЖНА використовувати! ДХО повинні бути з білим світлом - це прописано в ЄЕК ООН.
