Fun fact for everyone: Tara and Raven were sisters in their late teens who decided to make these videos. They weren’t really goth when making these videos, they went through a goth phase and decided to make fun of it years later. Azer is a family friend who came to visit and helped them make the video. Dude this anime was so good! The exposition was well conceived, the characters were very interesting, and the music was very good. I love the plot twist of Acer speaking, and the mental tension that builds after it, those scenes of him rethinking his whole life were masterpieces of cinematography. And the ending was so intense.
