Tucson, AZ has changed so much since then. I moved here in 1990 with my family. I was only 3. Wish I was old enough to remember them filming this film here. I even went to Tucson High Magnet School freshman year too, where this was filmed in many scenes. Can't Buy Me Love will always be one of my all time favorite movies ever made

Well done. I lived in Tucson until 88 when I was 10. I was too young to know this movie and Revenge of the Nerds was done while I lived there too. It is great to travel to filming locations, I know Old Tucson was home to many films as well. My fiancé and I travel to many filming spots. I proposed where Morgan Freeman gets out of the pick-up truck in Shawshank Redemption. BTW my first stitches happened across the street from Davis-Monathan boneyard. Love this stuff, great work.

Jordan thanks for posting. I too remember this movie. This is indeed one of those endearing films from the 1980's-an era that many of us yearn for. That said, I don't envy young teens growing up today-because let's be honest here: should some socially awkward, love-starved adolescent kid in these times attempt this stunt as shown in the film, the popular girl he pays to go out with him for a month would most likely take his money and then completely ignore him. She might also purposely get his ass kicked by telling everyone else that he's stalking her, and any other dysfunctional crap she can throw at him LOL :) . This is why these campy films from decades ago are popular. It has been stated once that "... art gives us something we cannot have in real life." which is very true-e.g.: the Cindy Mancini's of the World-cute girls that are actually wholesome and Human, now only to be found in the movies. Keep up the good work, man!

thankyou to show us how are now the locations of this great 80's movie, I like it since 1987, in Italy the name was "Playboy in prova" , we take inside our hearts Cindy and Ronald (Donald) and all the friends inside in the movie.... Patty (Darcy DeMoss) Barbara (Tina Caspary) Big John (Eric Bruskotter) Quint (Cort McCown) and Ricky (Gerardo Mejía). A special memory for Amanda Patterson..... the girlfriend we all wanted at the time.

Love the video!! Yeah, that would have been cool to see Ronnie's house. That scene in Scoops when Cindy tells Ronnie to offer pizza to guys, it always made me crave for pizza as the pizza looked so good. Also in this scene when Ronnie says 'if my blood sugar level was any lower...I would be corpse' that always cracked me up!
