He’s so much younger here and part of the journey I am taking with Dan that is so dynamic is to watch the time and intensity in growth that he nakedly shares. Even watching him live on gaming channels introduces you to another part of who he is. To me Dan always delivers! The outtakes are worth watching😂

Personally, i'd rather hear the outros......sometimes he is humorous in them and you will see a bit of his funny side. Plus, i love his accent !!.......Maybe do the song Gethsemane???......from Jesus Christ Superstar ????.....Dan does an epic job !!

Dan's vocals are stunning. React to many more DV videos, even the ones you've never heard of before. He will surprise and amaze you! For Christmas, try "Adeste Fidelis" and "Angels We Have Heard on High." Dan's range enables him to sing covers of female songs, and he has a playlist of those. Oh, to get a sense of his range, and for Christmas, react to the choir of Dans singing Handel's "Hallelujah Chorus." Go ahead. Do it!

I'll be here for anything you react to of Dan Vasc. "Bring Me To Life" and "Burn Butcher Burn" are great. "Adeste Fideles" and "Angels We Have Heard On High" are Christmas songs with Dan's metal twist and several languages. I'm here for all of it!

Id suggest checking out his cover of "northwest passage" (originally a folk song) he made it medal and badass. Or if you really like the high notes "wuthering heights" is crazy on the high notes

You know that Dan was trained in opera as well, don't you? So it's no wonder you got opera vibes. I recently read that his mother was an opera singer, so singing must be in his blood.

Great reaction (seriously), and I'm glad you enjoyed Dan's version. I was a little surprised that you lost the operatic feel when he switched into the upper range, because I've seen/heard tons of opera singers use very similar approaches. It just depends on what the opera is, and what the emotions are in the particular song. Just because Dan "metalized" the sound at that point, doesn't (to me) remove the operatic appeal. The entire movie is actually quite operatic, due to its true story background. To me, when Dan switches up to that register and begins to sound "a bit" desperate as he takes the place of the character who was feeling that way in the movie, the operatic effect only deepens. I'm not criticizing...it just surprised/startled me, how it affected you. 😀 I just checked to see if you had reacted to my other favorite song from the movie, and you haven't, so I'm also recommending... THE GREATEST SHOWMAN - "A Million Dreams" Cover kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYvWomukqbKnetksi=rs7e_XRssijyshQf This one is actually pretty important right now, because it's tied to a very important "landmark" for Dan's Channel. That reminds me that I was disappointed when you cut off Dan's outro on this reaction. If/when you react to "The Greatest Showman," please don't miss the outro, because it's an extremely important part of the reason (especially right now) that Dan covered the song. When he's in his register, Dan Vasc's voice is fine...but he's really pushing on some of the higher notes and it's not that attractive to my ear. The very best cover I've heard by a man would have to be Karl Loxley. Must be four years ago at this point, but it's the high bar I judge all male covers against. The telling point in Loxley's favor is his voice is powerful enough that he can correctly enunciate the word "me" instead of the much easier "meh" so many singers fall back on. And not once doe he push his range.
