I remember Dazzler primarily from the cancelled pilot "Pryde of the X-Men", where she was directly part of the team. But I feel she's one of the most underrated characters in the franchise. They should revisit her more often.

They are similar, but the difference is that Dazzler can manipulate light energy while Jubilee detonates surrounding particles. Jubilee is considered an Omega level mutant and can potentially blow up an entire planet by detonating sub-atomic particles.

What you just said about the dazzler that's what I've been told that jubilee character was only that. I've never seen your character be used as old mega character only as a very weak character

In the cancelled pilot for 97, she was actually part of the Xmen team. But when they relaunched the series, Jubilee replaced her!

Yeah, I listened to that episode of the Cerebro podcast and they mention that, the moment Chris Claremont got his hands on her, he went “Wait… she emits light? She’s a literal gun.” Her sister, Mortis, is an interesting one. Frankly, at this point, I want Dazzler to either be the 11th External or make a lightsaber.

I first saw Dazzler in the '90 Marvel Comic Trading Card set. I thought she was cool but never got too see her too much. Very underrated character. I would think they would want to use Dazzler just bc of the colorful lights. They add a nice visual effect.
