Beautiful entrance and staircase. The wallpaper at 29:22 is flocked wallpaper, it has a raised velvety pattern on it. I'd say the top floor was probably reserved for service staff and their children because it's not likely that the lady of the house did the housework and cooking. Overall this is a wonderful house worth saving.

I really appreciate Danny's camera work after watching and viewing other urban explorers. His panning, taking time to slow down and show details, and smoothness when walking helps make for a pleasurable viewing experience. The background music was fitting as well in this episode. Leslie is always easy on the eyes and the camera loves him. I appreciate how you both are so kind and respectful to each other as well. Good job guys! I've been watching you for several years now and you are always consistent in your integrity and sincere, growing in knowledge and experience. God bless you both! It'd benefit you to study Art History and architecture. You might find work one day in an auction house like Sotheby's or study Real Estate Law and adverse possession. Have you considered it?

It's concerning that you're not wearing safety masks with so much exposure to toxic molds. Have either of you had any respiratory symptoms or health complications from exposure? Good to see you using gloves. I had black mold in the last place I rented and it affected both my pet and myself adversely.

guys the pizza cutter is actually a herb chopper. Japanese design is all about clean lines and no cluttter, which is why it looks like Ikea. The Italian style furniture is very similar to the French. Those wooden perforated shutters on the windows are just like the ones on Japanese houses.

If the family fled the country due to tax fraud then I would assume the government would have seized their home and possessions and sold them at auction to pay the government what it was owed. I’m questioning if that was the real reason they left Italy.

The document in Italian at 15:13 is a formal declaration of weapons and ammunition owned by the person signing the document. Pretty strange

Yes, it looks like an inventory of the owner's weapons. Perhaps a legal requirement in that area?
@ruosa0023 ай бұрын
@@dennistarrant3174yep, that’s right, it is a legal requirement in Italy as here there is an obligation by law to declare each and every firearm you might own. It’s a crime not to, so this is not that strange of a document actually, maybe the owner had to update the list or something similar.
