DBFZ SSJ4 GOGETA - Basic Combos and when to use them

2:24 A basic post 236H combo i use is: 5M dj jLL2H dj jLLS SD jLMHS 214L it does 4.7k and it at least works on small bodies 6:00 Something I want to add to this is if you already used a smash you can end the combo with 214H to end with lvl 7. Raw 214M works as well. On top of using assists to get the lvl 7.

i gotta say i love the title "basic combos AND WHEN TO USE THEM" beacuse that really is the most important second half that you can add. knowing the combo is cool but learning when to use it and as so, optimizing its usage is just as important if not more. so good on you Lk and keep up the good content :D

damascus showed a sparking loop combo in the livestream, how i managed to do it is like this: 5m>2m>delay>6h>6h>iad>j.l>j.m>6h>6h>iad>j.l>j.m>6h>air bnb gets you about i belive 5.5k-6k dmg notes to keep in mind: 1.you also have to add a slight delay between the j.l>j.m, its the most consistent way i found to keep them at the right height 2.the delay between 2m>6h might be longer than you think

Also remember that his instakill super is a different input (HS) than his normal one. This took me a good hour to figure out in training mode lol.

Does it have to be a smash? Can you not use like Vegeta a or one of those long hitstun assists or a c assist? Also can you just spark and do it?

The lvl 7 can used be during assist hitstun(like during a beam assist), during spark hitstun, after raw 214M(down back medium), and by doing a 214H in a combo. It can also be used during some camera shifts like the bluff kamehameha but not like a camera shift at the end of a bnb combo.

He’s just using the > like a comma, just to space out the moves. Super dash is when you press R2 and fly at the enemy.
