DC-16 Transmitter Stick Switch Installation

The quality looks superb. PLEASE, pleasepleasepleaseplease release a radio built this well for those of us not flying with trays (Americans). Although, I am tempted to try flying with a tray. I would imagine it to be MUCH more precise. The only problem is, you can't ask most people that would buy this in America to be able to install something like this without botching it.

I ordered the button sticks and there is only 2 wires, what pins do they get soldered to? I can't get them to work at all
