ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

The paint detail on the face with the shading is actually very accurate. They’re tryna mimick the casting of shadows from the mask. Great detail

These new paint apps are really changing things for these latest Mcfarlane figures. They have to work on some flesh tones but they are leagues better then the other figures in the line that have simple paint apps. I thin Red Hood looks the best of the lot but man his height seems to fluctuate between reviewers. Upper thigh cuts, the figures need them. The waist hinge isn't built to allow the thighs to rotate well with the diaper design, the upper thigh cut is required. We are coming to maximum Batman saturation for me. We've gotten plenty of Batman waves. We've never gotten a Superman/Flash/WW/Green Lantern/Aquaman wave.

If you didn't know, Shart, (and this is NOT a spoiler) the 3 Jokers are supposed to be a Joker from different eras. The Criminal is supposed to be Joker from his first appearance in comics, the Clown is supposed to be the Joker that killed Jason Todd and the 3rd one (The Comedian) is supposed to be from The Killing Joke

Thanks to this & a couple of other KZbin reviews, I was on the fence about these figures. So I went ahead and pulled the trigger on this wave via Amazon and both Batman and Batgirl figures are the best updated versions imo

I really like these, but I’m in for the three Jokers rather than Bats, Red Hood, or Batgirl. If you haven’t read the comic, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it. It builds upon the Death In The Family and Killing Joke storylines. Once you read it, the Criminal Joker not smiling will not bother, whatsoever. The third Joker, The Comedian, is a GameStop-exclusive. I JUMPED on that guy once he went live, and as of right now is sold out. I hope you can get him, if you weren’t able to order him. I have the regular Arkham and also the Joker who is peg warming, and these will replace those in my hearts and collection. As far as Batman, I modified the Thomas Wayne Batman to look like his New 52 version, which is a-okay for me. If Todd made more of the Villains Gallery for Batman, a good Two-Face, Riddler, Mr. Freeze, even a Court of Owls member, I’d be stoked. But my REAL WANTS are Spectre(!!!!!!!) and Golden Age Sandman.

As a huge Batman/ BatFamily fan I personally love all the Batman figs we’re getting but I understand this is supposed to be a DC Universe line not a Batman line. However I’m hoping we get a version of Tim Drake and Alfred in McFarlanes line. Just to complete the core family to go along with Damian, Nightwing, Red Hood, Batman and Batgirl. Would love to go into the extended family like Orphan, Spoiler, Batwing, Batwoman, Hawkfire, Ghost Maker, Signal, Bluebird, Catwoman, Huntress, Azrael and so many others but there’s so many other characters from different parts of DC who also deserve just a single figure. Would love a comic themed Suicide Squad line for King Shark, Rick Flagg, Harley Quinn(Jorge Jimenez design preferably, Katana, Captain Boomerang, Deadshot, Black Manta, Deathstroke that way we could get more villains or heroes in Katanas case in the line

I love Batman but like some other people have been saying, I wish The ToddFather would make other figures other Batman/Bat Family/Joker. I personally would like to see some Batman villains other than the Joker, like Mr. Freeze, Mad Hatter, Firefly, Killer Croc, Clayface, Mr. Zsasz, Man Bat, Catwoman in a more Comic accurate costume (I know that we're getting a Catwoman based off of The Batman movie with Robert Pattinson), Bane(with proper legs maybe based off the Knightfall Batman 🤷🏻‍♂️), Anarky from Batman Arkham Origins, Deadshot(from the Comics or Arkham Games) , The Penguin, Martian Manhunter, Scarecrow (maybe from the Arkham Games or the Comics or The New Batman Adventures), Metallo,the rest of The Teen Titans(Starfire, Raven,Beast Boy, Robin, Terra, The 🧠, ) (Yes I know a lot of those were Batman related) Black Lanterns, I don't think we've gotten a Sinestro figure yet? I also don't think we've gotten a Black Manta figure or a Black Adam, I would like Batmobile base off the 1989 movie with Michael Keaton. Maybe a General Zod figure? The Court of Owls would be really cool. That's my list let me know you think I missed anyone/anything(I'm sure that I did)
