Edward Nashton was his new earth continuity name and he changed it to Nygma to signify his change into a super villain. ("New earth" continuity is post "Crisis on Infinite Earths" but pre "New 52")

I came here after watching your interview with Todd, so it’s interesting to hear what he was trying to do, but I don’t think he really ‘gets’ articulation fully yet, so he doesn’t get how that static look is essentially to posing figures in a wide variety of poses

At the very least the lenses of the Riddler's glasses slightly distort his eyes, so I don't mind the side eye on that figure at least. He's the only figure I've got so far since the whole reimagining of the character is what really got me interested in the film in the first place, I saw the other two in person today but I think I'll wait to see the film before I consider getting them.

You’re correct. They got rid of the gun because of flashpoint Batman. People are complaining about the guns for some reason. I don’t know the full story but even though it’s Thomas Wayne, they had to refrain from using guns in their figures now. Which is INSANA-TA! Well, that’s what my extra Marvel Legends accessories are for my Peacemaker. 👍🏽

I will just say if you watch one of Jay C news videos when he was showing off pictures of the DC multiverse Injustice Green Arrow figure. Todd MacFarlane did a interview recently and he has heard of the complaints of collectors about the recent figures having the side eye look to them. The side eye will done away with these figures down the line. The reason he has the eyes on these figures look side eye is he feel's that when a figures that have the eyes sculpted looking straight on a figure it looks like a Manikin. I hope that clears up your frustrations and your dislike for the side eye on these recent figures from McFarlane toys DC multiverse.
