Thank you John, I always saw that comic & it was always way too expensive, but thanks to the JL movie not doing so great, people started selling their JL comics which brought the price down. Now is the time to buy, even if it is super low grades. Thank you for your comment.

Yeah, the inside is really good, I am very impressed considering the price I paid. I really think this has a good shot at a 3.0 to 3.5 grade... I will know in a month or two :). Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Ive been hunting for that book for years, as well.. always too pricey. Looks great Chris, color is great, cover is super clear and bright, the spine isn’t toast either. . I’m envious, congrats, I would be shaking too.

It took me a few years to finally get this book so hopefully it shows that if you are patient, good things will come to you eventually. Keep looking and one will come your way as well... I looked at probably 80 to 100 different auctions over the years and either they started out too expensive or ended too expensive and lost them all or didn't bother to bid. So it will take time. It's no 9.8 but I am happy regardless... Let me know when you get yours :). Till then, enjoy the hunt. Thank you as always for taking the time to comment.

Damn, (tongue in cheek) I was so sure you were going to say The Brave and the Bold #25 too, Nah just as soon as you said a book you had always wanted but never owned I thought B&B 28. I had one many many many years ago, as I remember I paid 10 cents for it. I have no idea what happened to it either as it was one of my favorites. It started out in near mint, but the last time I remember seeing it (and this is a vague memory), I think the cover was partially detached. Seems like every time we moved I would lose stuff, baseball cards, comic books toys, models a bicycle. Always lost something when we moved. Gratz to InhumanX btw for the shout out, feels good doesn't it. BTW B&B 25 is the first appearance of the Suicide Squad and a DC grail that I have never owned, well that and Showcase 4 whichhas managed to dodge my hands all these years...

Ahh then I would go with the Thor one. 53 is actually pretty easy to acquire for some reason and can be gotten pretty cheap. So you may be able to get both.

I wish...... That is another book that even in a 0.5 is super expensive.... I would love to get that book some day.... I send them in to get graded not to sell but to preserve so it makes no sense to me to spend how much CGC charges and how long it will take to get it back. So I understand why most do that, but each person does things differently and that is OK. This book will sell no matter who grades it. Thank you for your question, I appreciate your interest.
