I remember back in 1995 when the first Flanker 1.0 came out. It had a little stutter that was an issue with the new pentium processors. I remember they got on it quick and killed that bug. By the way... I have a windows 98 machine and I still enjoy Flanker 1.5 . I got Flanker 2.5.1 running fine in my win 11 laptop, coz I got that one looking so pretty with mods years ago too. 😜

@@clint9040 Ha, I remember when I was in high school and found Flanker 2.5 in the sale bin at Walmart back around 2002 maybe? I grabbed it, not knowing what it was, just knowing it was another sim and that couldn't be a bad thing. Been flying with ED ever since.

But why aren't they fixing the camera shake in su-25? Taxi and high speed. It isn't airframe shaking it is camera shake

Excellent man. Very nice to see this hotfix come out so quick. And may I say DCS looks amazing now with or without Reshade. A mix of a bit of lighting changes and the new shadows really make it look amazing. Ive actually found myself turning reshade off or toning down my settings.

Screen space shadows are really great now, you have to look closely to see any weirdness going on that it's basically a non-issue and I don't see any reason to turn them off as they really improve the way the landscapes look.

I'm still having issues with the multithreading version being all studdery and janky. I think it has something to do with my 13th gen i7 trying to use P and E cores like in Star Citizen. Problem is I can't find the option to turn the e cores off in the bios. But the non multithreading version works fine.

Im I using a 13700k with DDR5 RAM. I have no problem on a 4k screen with caped 60fps (vsync).

Most likely due to Steam's own requirements. Steam doesn't get things as fast as standalone because they have to review things that go onto their store. Approval doesn't always get done very quickly. I highly recommend standalone.

anyone know why i cant drop gbu 12s in the viper? yes, weapons armed, laser on, i hold the button for what feels like years and it doesnt want to drop, i can get 38's off no problem. i set release angle to 0 and itr still doesnt work anyone know why?
