I'm trying to set up a basic low-visibilty CAS exercise with a JTAC but I remember hearing before that ground units are totally blind at night or low visibility scenarios and I was wondering if this is still the case to this day. Is it?

I think JTAC should work still because of how it's built in the mission editor. That might just apply to ground troops in gun battles. I've done these at night too.
