Thank you very much for your comment and subscription. More stuff is certainly coming. Thanks for the suggestion about voice over. I will have to work some compromise there. On one hand, I see my intros kind of like those in James Bond movies. Initially, just action without much talking to bring you into the movie. Just today a guy commented how he liked the intros. Hey man, what system you running in this? Im trying to get an idea on what DCS looks like on different rigs, is this low settings/graphics on dcs as well?

AMD Ryzen 5 1400, Sapphire Pulse RX580 4GB, 16GB at the time. The graphic setting is kinda mixed. Aircraft textures are on high, while ground are on low. I tweaked other settings since so I'm not sure exactly how they were set when this video was made.

@showtime1123 жыл бұрын
Your know, I wondered that myself. In 'Combat Approved' episode they only carried two pods per plane so I did it like that as well. One explanation might be that they wanted to keep the aircraft light and maneuverable to be able do avoid anti-aircraft defenses better. Or maybe there was nothing in those building s and the vehicles were the only thing worth shooting at. Anyway, thank you for your question!

I can't say that I envy you. But you have an interesting perspective, that's for sure. This story is from 2017. I guess Russians either thought that Su-25 pilots got enough experience or that the airplane wasn't suitable for that job anymore.

Another great video! I'm a newbie to DCS and learning to fly the SU-25T. I noticed the Frog Foot you were flying on this mission didn't have the TV monitor. What model is this Frog Foot if I may ask?
@showtime1123 жыл бұрын
Thanks! This is the standard Su-25. It is one of the so-called Flaming Cliffs 3 modules in DCS. They must be purchased but are much cheaper than high fidelity ones. This model takes up the majority of Su-25 produced while the Su-25T was only built in very small quantities.

@@showtime112 indeed. I believe you covered the USS Liberty which is probably one of the most controversial engagements anyone could have chosen lol. I wonder why destroying the vehicles was the objective of this mission and not the buildings at the training camp, is it to prevent the terrorists from making a quick getaway?
@showtime1123 жыл бұрын
I'm not really sure but the episode showed the attack on the vehicles. Maybe they estimated the buildings were empty and the vehicles were more valuable targets. Or maybe there was a follow-up attack on them with heavier weapons.
