My Way of sequencing a pattern on a Yamaha MO part 1

Thank you ddw4e. Just got a mo6 a few weeks ago and just did a song on it for a vocalist. Sounds great. Never heard about the drum divide yet. Up to now I've just done the hi hat and cymbals on a different track to do adjustments. Very cool video.

Hello I know you may have answered this but I can't seem to figure out how to save patterns on the Motif itself, can I save to the motif without a smart media card? simple pattern and sequencer data? the Manual says there are user spaces for saving them but I cant figure it out.

Were you able to record? You hit record then hit play.. once you get that straight, it should playback as long as you are still in pattern mode. Once you get out, I believe it will be erased.
