Lamont Bentley had that "it" factor as an actor. I liked his drama more than his comedy. I remember being in Science class high school senior year 2005, reading Daily News finding out Lamont died in a car accident. He sat down and talked to us kids and donated to the center. He ALWAYS came back to the city and showed love. I went and saw Tales from the Hood twice with my older brother back in ‘95. I was 10yrs old at the time and even tho that movie was scary af I took it like a G! I’m a horror movie fanatic lol It’s nice to see my man De’audre doing well and is healthy he’s been thru some chit and the movie he did Lockdown and the prison rape scene he did looked real and it was heartbreaking. Lamont Bentley out of Brew City represent. I remember for the longest ppl didn’t know he was from the Mil but he was a really good actor and he killed that role on Tales from the Hood
