I play with the music off too makes it feel more scarier but honestly I never even knew getting near a horde plays different music. i turned the music off from the start so definitely is something I might reconsider now on new game +🤔

I was once going for a mission near iron mikes camp where i saw a rager bear which i ignored and after going a little further i found a kind of mini horde of 25-30 freakers which i first lead into the rager bear and then the horde into the iron mike camp got both of them killed without firing a single bullet.

Very sly tactic of using the stronger individual as a smokescreen to get away from the horde. The stronger zombies always attack the weaker zombies therefore, using that infected bear as an Agro Magnet for the weaker zombies to attack the infected bear in this way it created a crowd control effect against the horde of swarmer zombies for the chance to slip away from their pursuit
