I started with less than half of the weights she uses, after 7 weeks of working out with her I can now do the workouts with %60-70 of her weights and I am so proud of it! She is like the reference point for me at the moment but my goal is to be so strong that I can do pull ups! (I cannot do even half a pull up right now but the day will come) Good luck everyone while trying to reach your goals!

Caroline, you are the best You Tuber ever. I like that you get right to the point in an informative way, talk about the workout and give proper form techniques. Then you follow with the written workout, timer, percent completed, next exercise showing, good music and most importantly, no chatter about the weather, your pets, etc.This gives me time to concentrate on what I am doing and makes me want to do the same workout again in the future. What a workout! Really loved this week's routines. I felt that the bar has gone that little bit higher this week and proud that I could finish all of them at my own pace at the same time pushing myself. I found reverse flies the most challenging upper body workout as had to drop my weights. Hi Caroline! I just finished this fantastic routine as always! It killed my arm as you said it’d do! I used 7.5 kgs and 5 kg weights. It went pretty well. Pushups are much better. I averaged 9 triceps pushups on those sets! Skull crushers were one arm at a time! Could’t coordinate to lift both at once, managed 6! Not bad I must say. Thank u!

I started with 1 and 1.5 kg weights. And it was a martyrdom to do 20 minutes in a row when I started doing your routines I have been doing it for almost two years now and now I am proud to say that I can do it with weights of 4 and 5 kilos! that for me it was impossible! thank you caroline you have changed my body with your wonderful exercises!

I used soda can (half pound) as weights but could not last even 8 minutes (the palm up curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 20 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

This was truly a very intense workout for the arms. My veins started to show halfway! Its incredible!! Really blasted through this one while having loads of fun! After the cobra push-ups I didn’t know how to get off the flor, dead arms is 100% accurate 🥲 thank you so much once again, thank you for being authentic, you are my motivation to keep on going ! Caroline, you have helped me love upper body workouts as much as lower, I did them before but begrudgingly. Similarly, bet you've helped lots of men enjoy lower body, since they typically focus on upper. I mastered skull crusher push ups awhile ago as a stand alone move, but could never do them properly without mods mid- workout when my arms were tired til today when I managed 5 proper ones. Little glory moment for me and shows how much my triceps must have strengthened. Thank you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thanks, Caroline: this was awful😂 I started off with 7kgs for the compound movements and wound up using 2kg for some of the bicep curls because I just couldn't anymore🙃I always feel your workouts are so aptly named as they strike fear into my heart, but I was completely unprepared for the amount of dead in my upper body right now. That being said, this was a SUPER solid workout and I really surprised myself with how far I could go today. I really am seeing massive gains in strength, stamina and range of motion so I am over the moon with my progress so far and incredibly grateful to be on this journey with you. Thank you for all of the thought and effort you put into each workout, and the subsequent hard work to make said workout ready and accessible for your community. Much appreciated, Caroline! Good god, this was tough! I’m exhausted from this week. Anyone else feel extra tired this week with the workouts? I also notice the heavier my weights the hungry 😋 I am. Team Caroline! Let’s spread the word and get this channel to a million followers 😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

Challenging ✔ Effective ✔ Rewarding ✔ This one ticked all the boxes but I did give it some serious thought on what weights to use. Decided to do 15kg DB on all the Shoulder Presses, Tricep Presses and Diamond Presses. On the remaining Raises, Biceps and Triceps I used 10kg DB. I feel to maintain form increasing weights on curls is hard my max would be 12.5 but on a workout like this with minimal rest and lots of great repeat work maintaining form with the added intensity of training shoulders and triceps using 12.5 would have been a stretch to far. So I increased the shoulder section. At the end I was cut, pumped and happy. Feeling the progression, hungry for more and seeing the benefits, Even more boxes ticked so thanks Caroline 😊

Hi Anthony...found your comment! Great workout...and really interesting to read your summary. I used 8 kg throughout except the skull crushers. I seem to be different from others in that I never find I can go much heavier on shoulder presses. If anything I can perhaps be slightly heavier on bicep curls. Must be something odd about my muscles. But 8 kg was just right for me here! The push ups finisher was tough! Anyway I enjoyed myself...always my main aim when working out! Have a lovely evening...I guess you are not doing anything as we can’t do anything really. I don’t think I’ll know what to do when we are allowed out! @@matthewalmond4688 Hi Matthew I think Shoulders and Biceps are hard to make progress on. You can use different methods to increase intensity but after a while you have ro increase the weights. Easier I know when you're just doing single Bodyparts as you can increase. On a workout like this I decided the shoulder were in need so went to the 15s. The biceps got a really good workout though and just noticed how all those pushups help with the Tricep Pushups , three sets and no breaks 😳 but my arms were shaking for the last few pushes. Finisher should be renamed Killer. Yea I will probably go for a wee walk later, walking at night is so relaxing and you get to see so much as I'm quite rural. There a fox I see most evenings but he must be being fed somewhere as he is very friendly. Great day here today and taking a day off tomorrow to work in the garden, I see some of my fruit trees are budding and the daffodils are growing well. See you Thurday, Anthony

I really struggle with the upper body workouts but I can feel myself getting stronger with each one and today and I used 7,5kg DB's for some of the reps and im so proud of myself. Thank you Caroline for these awesome workouts that force us to DIG DEEEEEEEP

Just finish day 37 I love it .. my kind of workout ... when I saw caroline would take a little break as time , and am still going at it , I wonder if she is doing it to show us that if she can get tired at times we can to , but not to give up.. I love your workout its like am glue to it .. thank you girl . And thanks for always going the extra miles to get those fresh beautiful flowers in everyday.

Thanks for saving me Caroline. I was an emotional wreck this morning after watching BTS' cover of Fix You. And then I did this workout and it TOTALLY diverted the pain from my heart to my arms haha. YAY. I don't think you realise how much of an impact you have on us and our mental, as well as physical health. You're a powerful woman and you inspire me so much!

Phew! Arms are worked so well. That push-up finisher was fun, however I need to work on those skull crusher and diver push-ups. It’s all in the tricep work. Have a wonderful Wednesday all.

Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can (half pound) as weights but could not last even 8 minutes (the palm up curls) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover My MIL did the full session with 20 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated.

My MIL has been with Caroline for many years and does her lessons regularly! She does 20 lbs and even heavier! I wish I can be so strong and muscular as the women here in all the comments! Hi! Can men also do these lessons? I am a man, my girl friend has been doing Caroline's workouts for many years! Last weekend she asked me to fetch 2 sacks of soil from her car to put in the garden. I could not even move them! She came over and lifted both sacks in one arm and carried to the garden!! I feel really low and defeated 😔

My biceps are fried! Well-done Caroline you are absolutely amazing! I did 20 lb but had to drop to 15 pounds for a few of the exercises. I had to stop frequently. Loved the variety and the challenge😉

Epic II day 39 done ✅ Oh yes, it felt so good to give the arms some attention after all the leg action we’ve had so far this week! The bies and tries in particular get a LOT of abuse 😳 *ahem* I mean love 😆 and of course there’s some shoulder action and push ups but not too many thank goodness! 😅😅 And Caroline wasn’t kidding when she used dead in the title, my arms are now totally numb!! 💪💪

Round 2 I started with 2 x 20 lbs, but I dropped to 17.5's after the first set of alternating lateral raises. Did 10 tricep push-ups in a row first set!
