It was so helpful. I felt very discouraged when I was told my butt was dead. It's been so frustrating. I have been trying to overcome the issue but my other muscles are so strong that it's been a long painful process. Trying to get my glutes to fire has been very difficult even with PT. I had given up until I saw your video. Your video has inspired me to try again thank you so much. 😊

Thank you for reminding me of the 'trigger point' technique, AMAZING release. How many times a day can you do 'pressure point' release in the same area? Every other day, twice weekly??? I am 75 and trying to stay strong, flexible and healthy. Thank you for your time and knowledge.

You are very welcome! You can do trigger point work daily as long as you don't get too carried away. Remember, only 1 min per sore spot. If you do get sore then try it every other day. Let me know how it goes!

I literally had this where I could not lift my right leg off the floor while standing, I had surgery to repair a torn glue in my right butt cheek. It was the craziest thing that I could not lift my heel backwards.
