yeah, but the problem is Beverly, I think the model shape and size has to be similar to the survivor as well as the gender since females and males have different animations. I think it's better if they are legendary skins for other survivors, and while it seems to be a problem since that's giving away licensed characters on other character, I thought of a solution

Because if we are talking about Stephen King's Deadlights and not just Pennywise the Clown who is their avatar or the nerfed movie version of it, they're a cosmic entity completely outside of the fabric of reality and that rivals the other entity who single handely created the multiverse as an elder god So I think it's safe to say It would either be there by his own volition or, in case the Deadlights and The Entity turned out to be the same being, be a avatar of them

The Deadlight Perks: You’ll float too, It Bites, Musty Sewers Power: Fake Attraction Once clicking M2 You will make a Generator sound in the spot you are standing to lure in your prey. Second Power: IT You can climb in lockers and survivors 12 M away from the locker gains the oblivious effect without knowing it, you can jump out the locker and grab your pray. They will immediately be in the grab stage.

A manifestation of dread, panic and terror, the Deadlight is one of the biggest threats to the entity, as he too feeds off of the hope of his victims and the sound of their anguish. However, because of his mistake to underestimate his opposition, he remains grounded in a physical form he can remain comfortble in. Under his fingers are claws, his drapes an arsenal of unimaginable horror and his smile a gapping hole of fangs and saliva. He is considered by most an unstoppable force of raw sadism and will stop at nothing till your left as a husk of flesh. A risky yet excellent choice by the entity.

Similar to the Executioner's Final Judgement, the Deadlight may ruthlessly impale a survivor once certain conditions are met, and expose them to the Deadlights true form, leaving their corpse to float helplessly in the air (slightly above Pennywise's head) for the rest of the game with a look of terror permanently etched in their face.

@@mrstorch5068 There's a very specific set of killers that you can call "Stealth." Then there's the Doctor, a killer who is the very antithesis of "stealthy." A 7 foot clown dressed in red and white paint with giant mantis claws is already going to be pretty ridiculously easy to see, so honestly not that big a downside if given a power that doesn't require being not seen.

Show them the true meaning of fear with 'Devourer of Souls' When hooking a survivor you become Undetectable for a short duration and all survivors will receive a difficult skill check triggering this perk incurs a lengthy cooldown. Avenge those that have fallen with 'Determined Soldier' everytime a survivor is sacrificed or killed you can see the auras of pallets and vault locations for a short amount of time and when the Hatch spawns you can see its aura if it has spawned. Save the innocent and punish the guilty with 'Losers Love' when you unhook a survivor the unhooked ally can run faster and can be healed faster and when the hook save is in a safe retreat the perk activates for you when in a chase you will leave no scratch marks and once per trial can make the stun penalty for the killer longer. Feed on the fear of your prey with Pennywise or save the innocent from their horrible fates with Bill Denbrough with IT.....In Dead by Daylight

Imagine his ability was to disguise himself as a survivor but with glowing yellow eyes and u could break it by starring at him as u would ghostface. And in order to achieve the ability its a bar that fills when survivors are in your terror radius, because he feeds on fear.

New chapter: IT It was over for Pennywise. Loosers aren't afraid anymore. They defeated him, for sure this time. They got him cornered. They made him small. In some way Pennywise was even proud. Loosers grew up on his eyes, enough to kill him. But just before they did, the Black fog stood in. It saved Pennywise and showed him whole another world. The world where he won't be small again. The world where he will never starve. The world where everyone is afraid. The world where everyone is afraid of IT New killer: The Feareater Height: Tall Terror radius: 32 meters / 16 meters Speed: 4.6 m/s The Feareater starts the trial with his abillity - Terrifying presence - passively affecting survivors Terrifying presence: Survivors wich are interacting with killer fill their Fear meter. Interactions being: being in terror radius (closer - better), being chased, watching survivor get injured, getting injured and watching The Feareater transform (about that later). The Feareater can see progress of Fear meter of each survivor. Once Fear meter is full, survivor will suffer from various hallucinations such as: Fake Feareaters with fake terror radius and red stain attempting to attack survivor, but fading away just before doing so; Red floating balloons; Fake survivors; Fake pallets and windows; Fake gens. Red balloons will float towards survivor and, if they come into contact, the survivor will scream revealing his location. If survivor comes into contact with fake survivor, fake survivor instantly turnes into deformed corpse (as a jumpscare). The survivor will scream and reveal his location. Same goes for fake gens, pallets and windows with one difference of them blowing up with blood, instead of turning into corpses. Every survivor can attempt to complete the ritual around every barrel. It takes 30 seconds for one survivor and is 50% faster for each survivor joining. BUT! If The Feareater is in 40 meter radius of the ritual, he can teleport to it, interupting it. This looks like a giant balloon growing out of a barrel, wich eventually pops revealing Pennywise (like in the movie). The Feareater can obtain Fear from downed survivors, resetting their Fear meter and filling his own power meter. It takes about two full Fear meters to fully charge his power meter and enter Active phase. From now on rules change. Survivors' Fear meter fills when ever they are outside killer's terror radius. The Feareater gains 16 meter terror radius and few different abillities: Peek-a-boo! and Primal fear. Peek-a-boo!: This abillity grants The Feareater abillity to hide in lockers and rapidly jump out. Every survivor attempting to hide in the locker, where The Feareater is, will automatically gets grabbed. This abillity also allows The Feareater teleport to every balloon on the map with the cooldown of 20 seconds. Balloon pops right after. Primal fear: When activated, The Feareater transforms into one of following creatures: Mummy, Werewolf, Rotting corpse, Twisted lady or grows spider legs. No matter what form, the abillity remains same, it's just a cool detail. That form lasts 20 seconds and drains power meter. While in this form, The Feareater can hop over some small objects and make a huge fast leap forward. Survivors hitted with the leap will instantly gain full fear meter. If they already have a full fear meter, they will get injured. If The Feareater consumes fear from downed survivor, while power meter isn't fully drained, he won't lose his abillities, but if the power meter is empty, then The Feareater will have to fill it fully again. Perks: Scared of clowns?: Fear of clowns is nothing more, but a far-fetched problem. But you... You are pretty much real. Every survivor in your terror radius suffers from Hindered effect by 1%. For each survivor, wich is currently injured, this perk gains a token. For each token your terror radius increases by 1/2/3 meters and Hindered effect by 1%. This perk goes on a 60 second cooldown after any survivor is downed. Scourge hook: You'll float too: Time to float 4 random hooks turn into scourge hooks and you become obsessed by one survivor. After hooking any survivor beside the obsession on a scourge hook, every window on a map become blocked for obsession for 40/50/60 seconds. If obsession gets hooked on a scourge hook, then all windows on a map become blocked for 40/50/60 seconds. Endless hunger: Nothing excites you more, than hunt. This perk activates when you gain bloodlust. You break pallets and vault windows 10%/15%/20% faster. Breaking pallet now doesn't end blood lust, but bloodlust can't progress more than tier 1. Your successful hit cooldown is increased by 150% New survivor: Bill Denbrough It was over. IT was over. They cornered him. They defeated him. All of the remaining loosers were holding Pennywise's heart, ready to crush, killing this monster once and for all. But just before they did, black fog filled the space around them with itself. Pennywise disappeared in it as well as his heart disappeared from looser's hands. Bill saw a familiar silhouette in the fog. It was George. But it wasn't. Clown was mocking him again. Rage has filled Bill's heart. So many people died. So many people got killed. For what? For him to run away? To get away with it? Bill heard the clown laugh. Stan and Eddie showed up in his mind. No, he won't let that happen. Pennywise won't get away. Not this time. Bill rushed into the fog, disappearing in it. He regreted that decision very soon. As soon, as he realized, that in this new world IT will never be over and the fear will never end. Perks: Fighting back: You've seen enough monsters to be able to give them payback. Whenever you search a chest, there's a guaranteed flashlight in it. Rarity is random. If you are injured by the killer by any means while holding a flashlight, the killer gets instantly blinded for 2 seconds, but this requires charges from flashlight. After that, this perk goes on cooldown of 60/50/40 seconds. Boon: Covering up: If your team messes up, you're there to to prevent the consequences. You gain abillity to bless a totem. After being in 24 meter radius of a blessed totem for 25/20/15 seconds, this survivor doesn't give the killer notifications. This means rushed actions, downing pallets, failing skillchecks and etc. Writing down: You learn on your mistakes. Every time you miss a skillcheck, this perk gains a token up to 3. Whenever you successed skillcheck, consume one token. For each token consumed, you gain stackable 3%/4%/5% speedboost to the action you are preforming, but you lose it when it's interupted.

If I could give Pennywise his Ability’s, his first Ability would be called “Balloons Massacre,” Which is a passive ability Ballon’s spawn all across the map and when standing within a 8 meter distance between it, This ability activates. The survivor that set off the ballon will float in the air while being choked, it alerts Pennywise of they’re location. His second ability is called “The Three Orbs” When Pennywise hits a survivor this power activates his face opens up, (like in the movies) for 5 seconds if activated. Between this five seconds if you put the survivor in a dying state it will give a chance to mori. You can only do this once per match. Difficulty Level: Hard.

New Killer: The Deadlight Weapon: Clown Claws Base Stats: 4.6 m/s 27m Terror Radius Height: Tall (Taller than Plague, shorter than Nemesis) Killer Power: Feast on Their Fear The Deadlight can shapeshift into 3 forms, The Leper, The Spider, and The Werewolf. The Leper: The Leper moves at a reduced speed of 4.2 m/s. While in this form, The Leper leaves a trail behind him at all times, this trail lasts for 27 seconds. Survivors who run into this trail suffer from the incapacitated and exhausted status effects for 2.5 seconds. Being stunned or blinded by any means immediately ends this form. This form lasts for 80 seconds without add-ons, you may end this form at any time. The Spider: The Deadlight transforms into a Taller, Spider-like being with a faster movement of 6.2 m/s. While in this form, you break pallets, generators, and walls faster, but you recover slower after hitting a survivor (4 second cooldown). You have an increased lunge opening time of 0.7 seconds. While in this form, hitting a healthy survivor with an attack applies the deep wound status effect. Hitting an injured survivor also applies the deep wound status effect, but you can never down any survivor in this state. While in the state, you have 4 web traps that survivors can step on. If a survivor walks or runs through a web, they suffer from a 12% Hindered penalty for 4 seconds. You can place these traps anywhere. This form lasts for 55 seconds without add-ons, you may end this form at any time. The Werewolf: The Deadlight can transform into a werewolf with an increased speed of 6.5 m/s. You can down survivors as usual, but cannot hook them while in this state. If you down a survivor in this state, and that survivor is on their death hook state, you can perform a short mori of 4 seconds on them. This form lasts for 65 seconds without add-ons, you may end this form at any time. The Dancing Clown: This is your base form. While in this form, you can place a maximum of 6 balloons around the map. These balloons can block survivors from going where they need to go. While not in a chase, the Deadlight may teleport to any balloon that he may choose, but all other balloons pop once he has teleported. Survivors may perform a 3.5 second action that pops a balloon. When a survivor pops a balloon, a loud notification will show up, and survivors aura will be seen for 6 seconds.

I think Pennywise would have a larger impact in the story. Because Pennywise is an eldritch monstrosity that has been around before the creation of the universe and is actually very similar to the Entity in Dead by Daylight. Pennywise and the Entity would actually be fighting each other over their meals and I don't think the Entity would summon Pennywise more like the latter would be drawn to the Entity's machinations and wants in on its little games but the Entity doesn't share its food and neither does Pennywise. So, Pennywise would be an invasive species in the Entity's domain.

Despite of the amazing work provided here, I'm afraid a "IT"-like killer is very unlikely to come in the game, good people of the Fog. Not because of the Clown, but because It is supposed to be a cosmic creature designed to be undescribable next to the folklore of Lovecraft. And what is very likely having this form and we already have in the game ? The Entity. It could actually be the Entity, literrally. Having a Killer like this is having the Entity playing on its own for food, and I don't think the devs want that.

@@HazelMotionless Really ? I'd like to see the source if you still have it :) The idea is not impossible actually but it would be very problematic for it to be cannon. You can tell me the other licence killers are not either and I'll said you're 100% right, but since they started to develop an interesting story thread with the Pariahs and those Killers associated to each member of the group, I feel like the importance of the story of DbD has taken a turn that needs to be followed. The asset of talking about the inexplicable is that it is in fact inexplicable, so we could imagine a scenario where Pennywise would be a lower cosmic being, The Entity being older and greater than It, and after It dying, the Entity would grab on it and sort of merge its power with Pennywise, like a parasite taking control of what little power came from It, regenerating it into its realm. Pennywise would be like a Beta cosmic being, forced by its Alpha to follow its every orders.

Am I the only person who would like to see an attempt of Alastor (the Radio Demon) in DBD? I imagine with such an interesting and unique character like Alastor (and the associated genre of music, jazz) it would be rather interesting to see how one turns jazz into something horrifying. (And given the guy was a serial killer in life, it wouldn't be the weirdest.)
