Dead Fish Oil Good for the skin.

So I've got a bunch of IBCs that were used to transport fish oil. All the volatiles have evaporated off and what's left is better described as fish fat rather than oil. Difficult to wash off, impossible without using a stack of industrial strength detergent. So I've opted to just fill them with water.
I produce videos on a bunch of topics from bees to prospecting and a stack of stuff in between but many of them show off the use of traditional vintage tools. If you see a tool that you would like for your own I probably won't sell you mine but I may have another in stock or I can get one from France, Germany, Japan or wherever. I make little bit of money from selling tools but mostly I just like to share them and share how to use them.

I was once working on a trawler and the factory manager walked past a hose pumping fish oil when it exploded, he had like 4 showers and he was like you can't smell it now can you and we're all, no no it's fine... it was not fine.

Yeah the smell doesn't go away in a hurry. With this stuff pretty much all the volatiles have evaporated so it doesn't smell that much.

Good to see you back, maybe mix it with a bit of lavender oil etc in, Sarah might appreciate this opportunity. Been using fish heads, frames etc in buckets of water to use in the garden, this get an nice fatty residue on top, but I don't think old be putting on my face. Just made a chop&flip ibc using yabbies.

Cool. Raising them for bait? I've been getting some monster dragon fly larvae that need a home. They are big enough to eat some of my adult fish.

@@StuartChignell the ones in the ibc were heading too the pot, some big ones (lobster's) but didn't make it. Took out the most aggressive and ate. Bait yabbies are in some tubes. Had a heap of mudeyes in backyard pond must be the year for them.
