In the Bible, in addition to being man eating giants, nephilim are referenced as "heroes of old." Many scholars interpret that to mean the heroic deities of pagan mythologies. I'd love to see gods like Thor, Artemis, and Anubis interpreted as some of your nephilim!

Question about antediluvian lifespans. The source material (Genesis) names several people who had long lifespans. To you, does that mean all people have similarly long lives? What about the slaves, servants, soldiers, and sacrifices of the watchers and giants? Are these slaves living 500+ years? Do all the shipwrights people live that long?
@mattrhodesart6 күн бұрын
@@abequiner9815 I touch on that a little more in the “Hunter’s Entourage” video. I imagine there’s a general increase in longevity and vitality. Obviously death can find anyone earlier than expected.

I remembered something I'd like to share while watching a video where you showed that the shipwright was taller than average humans. When Adam and Eve ate the fruit and allowed Sin and Death(which is caused by sin) into the world it corrupted life. In Eden, all animals originally ate plants but gained a taste for flesh once the world was corrupted. Humans, also gained a life span. We also know that the watchers corrupted the human gene pool as. The language used in the original copies of Genesis describe Noah as being pure (many take this as pure of heart) but it actually translates more accurately as genetically pure. Essentially free of demon blood. If Noah and his sons were the only ones left that were still completely human, that puts that flood in a whole new light that is much more congruent with Gods later actions, such as agreeing to spare Sodom as long as even 1 righteous man remained. It also sheds a new light on a lot of brutal stuff that God commanded the Israelites to do. But yes with the devolution and corruption of humanity, of course the Shipwright, who remains uncorrupted, would stand head and shoulders above that rest. Adam was made perfect and the Shipwright is born of that perfection.

Question about this Project. When talking about taking huge leaps visually from the source material, does that only refer to that only or it's the narrative going to also?
