I've played the original dead island more than any other game. I think I've played through it from start to finish almost 20 times now. Riptide I think 3 times. It's good to see the series come back. And what a way to end the trailer, who do your voodoo

When the crew were in the boat I though they transformed into zombies because you can hear zombie noises in the boat and we never knew what really happened to the crew everybody though they turned, but they are alive! Glad Sam B is alive because he like my most favorite in dead island games.

You can see actual game play on gamer21's channel...I watched u bunch of them and the trailer/devs talking and showing clips....seem way more hyped then the gameplay videos...zombies look cool the kills look cool but there was something underwhelming about it...but I can't say for sure till I play at launch since I already have it installed ready to play.

@@Hiskizful right, i bought it way back but the more I started looking into it on a non trailer/ dev showing clips level..I started getting more underwhelmed...like the zombie variety of looks is pretty cool and the different ways of killing them is also cool but it seems less of a post apocalyptic zombie game and more like a Hollywood action games with zombies..it might be better with friends but I've yet to see any co op videos at all.

It seems like they actually listened to my earlier pleas for more World War 2 soldier Walkers (but is there World War 2 Runners, I guess I'll just have to wait and see), Runner Hordes (I've already seen the ones on the Beach, but now they are on Santa Monica pier? My friend is really hype with dead island 2 when the first trailer drop 10 years ago and message me constantly on facebook and steam he really is excited and he is big fan of dead island franchise, we played and whack zombies together everyday, goodtimes. But 6 years ago on oct 2017 he passed away on leukemia. Hey brother if you are out there and reading this it's finally coming out. We can't play together but you are still forever on my steam account friendlist and will wait for you to online and we can have fun together again. Cheers mate. It only took one developer to understand what techland did not understand with its IP. Let's hope that the same is not necessary with Dying Light, seeing that in 2 they have not understood everything that made Dying Light 1 great either. It took dead island 2 for them to deign to listen to their community. Unfortunate... on the other hand, incredible the great work of dambuster studios understanding and developing an IP better than its original creators.
