Question, how can I remove dead lice eggs from my hair? I see some sites saying to use vinegar but others say i need to take them out one by one. The eggs are dead but still in my hair

Still, what does a dead egg look like? My son had a bad infestation 6 weeks ago, and I treated him with something from the drug store (apart from the heavy combing). Today, I found a single (really, just one) nit, which was dark brown, with a spot, however, about two inches away from the scalp. I cannot figure it out, whether it was alive, due to a new infestation, or I have missed one dead egg from 6 weeks ago.

They come from ppl who have dirty hair(aka lice) so that probably makes the lice hatch eggs and grow in your head And it's hard for people to get it off i had it when I was 8 years old but now I am free from it, and personally don't make head contact if they have white spots aka lice eggs. (Ik it's a late reply when U replied 1 year ago but it's a good example and don't be rude to ppl who have it it's hard to deal with!)

I have a problem with lice myself right now, and I've had it for a month, and we have tried everything, I mean everything. dying my hair, strait tea tree oil, Everything. So this video did help alot, but me and my parents don't know what to do anymore, do you have any suggestions on what we could possibly do?

⁠@@slayintricks4682 there are lice clinics. They’re expensive (about $200) but guaranteed you’ll be lice-free after your visit. :) google & see if there is one by you

Hey Archer, great question. As far as "common" shampoos goes, there aren't any regular shampoos that kill lice. And as far as lice treatment shampoos, I don't recommend those either, because lice have grown immune to them over the years. But, if you're set on using a lice treatment shampoo then the ones to avoid are any with the following drugs in them: permethrin and pyrethrin. Lice are SUPER immune to those ones. There are a few other more natural ones out there that use Enzymes, Natrum Muriaticum, or Dimethicone instead. Those are the better ones. Yeah, I hear what you're saying. And perhaps I could change the title to make it clearer, so thanks for the feedback. The main takeaway is that the only thing you can tell when looking at lice eggs is whether or not they are hatched or not hatched. If they are hatched then think "dead," basically because they aren't a threat anymore. Whereas, if they aren't hatched then they are still a threat.
