dead rising 3 was so slept on. the crafting system was so off the rails but also forgiving. with upgrades you could walk into the street and craft some of the best weapons because of the ease of use and perks were very meaningful. shooting thru zombie hordes with maxed out gun skill was a night and day difference to getting a pistol at the beginning of the game. very good game that never got the love it deserved

Honestly, DR3 is the only DR game with a character that you could believe could build all this crazy sh*t. A Journalist? Not on your life. A Dirt Bike Rider or w/e TF he was? Maybe repairing it if it breaks, but that's it. An Actual Mechanic? Hells yea!

chucks shown that he's entirely capable of building/working on anything mechanical as he's supposed to be a 2 time motorcross world champion and there's cutscenes where he is seen working on his bike as most motorcyclists do their own mechanic work and modifications so chuck's pretty believable. same with Nick being a mechanic. It's entirely understandable, but Frank being able to build all the crazy shit is what i find ridiculous as he's literally a journalist with no mechanical experience whatsoever

Pretty sure Frank is really only shown building in the non-canon Off the Record game. It makes sense for Chuck, he is demonstrated to have mechanical knowledge with his introduction scene working on his TiR bike. And unlike Nick, they're not literal chosen ones.

Sorry for spoilers There was an ending supposed to be implemented in the game with you ended up killing all survivors, this ending would've been fitting to the game settings especially it's dead rising but scraps and the script of the game didn't put a way to get the ending but a video has showcase how the ending looks like.

My only complaint about DR3 was the bit of extra work to get the game to run well on PC and the movement. Feels a bit sluggish but still good once you get a hang of it. Also not having to escort a million survivors. The safehouse inventories was great.

Easy to win a zombie invasion. Get full protection. Like knight armor, and a sword or battle axe. So even if you get too tired you just lay down and sleep. Get back up and take care of business. Easy pessy.

They increased the time limit reducing the game's tension, the unlimited items in a locker from a safe room, and no survivor escort. Regardless of any of these changes, Dead Rising 3 still feels fun nonetheless!
