Love the look, love the faithfulness to the original game, love the quality of life improvements. My only gripe would be if the game is otherwise identical, I really do think a slight expansion of the mall (a few extra weapons, shops etc) would be perfect, just a little more to explore. For those of us who played the original to death, having the exact same mall might hurt longevity just a bit.

3 things I'd like: 1) I'd like 7 Day survivor to have at the very least a 2-3 saves that you must use sparingly 2) The safehouse being more lively/communal and that you can dress it up a bit and (3 A sort of playground mode where there's no time limit and you can toggle types of enemies on or off (Zombies/Psychos/Soldiers). I would also say better Survivor AI but that should just be a given.

Dead Rising was my favourite game. I liked the freedom to do what you want, and it wouldn’t matter if you failed, you’d just start over and Frank would be faster and stronger. I also liked the save system, apparently a lot of people did not. I had every achievement on the XBOX 360 and all secret weapons.

I don’t think I’m gonna play this remake. I’m currently playing the remastered I'm trying to get the platinum trophy but I’m very happy to see this game is not forgotten despite the series going to shit.

Need this to keep the disturbing and unsettling facts tones. The main menu from the original really set the tone for this game along with the other eerie supporting sound tracks. I hope the music in the trailer is just to celebrate the remaster and not actually in game. The original soundtracks should stay the same

I absolutely hate the look of new Frank It's like an amalgamation of Dan Vs. + Bill Murray + Leisure Suit Larry. They had versions they could've gone with with 1st games art, Off the Record, MVC3, & Project x Zone. It's funny how much effort they put into making sure RE & MH get literally everything and they just splat things together for anything else.

Dude, Dead Rising is my favorite zombie video game series. Regardless if this is a remake, I’m excited for it. Still have hopes for a 5th installment.

@@JoesGuy No, the AI pathing is infamously horrible. They changed that spot on the rooftop because every time you were escorting more than one survivor they'd get stuck trying to climb up there. How does that have anything to do with making the game easier when that area doesn't even have enemies? Nobody would be accepting of that kind of AI from a modern release. Even by 2006 standards it was bad.
