Man thats crazy to now get to know her better, she seems really nice and just always loved to make music. Kinda crazy to think about the fact that they were stoked about having like 50 people attending a concert or having a bus to tour now shes selling out 20k people arenas with LP and her single with LP is very high on every chart almost, number 1 in germany and i think also on billboard, man Im so happy for her. Its always kinda crazy to imagine like what if you could go back to that moment in time and tell her that in a year chester bennington will pass away and in 8 years she'll be the new singer of LP alongside Mike Shinoda

I loved her and Dead Sara since I first heard them some years ago and I always wished that they should grow really big. They are so genuine and hardcore band. We'll see what will happen now, but I am really glad that Emily gets this big audience that she really deserve. She's incredible and unique.

4:33 I love the fact that even though she could just pick up a guitar and be a solo-eque artist like John Mayer she prefers the band experience. I was at her Linkin Park show in New York and it was epic. What an amazing journey is on. What I've learned about Emily so far is that she has always refused to sell her soul. So LP for her is definitely not about pursuing big money or even fame. It's bigger than that. LP are so lucky to have her. And she is lucky to finally find a place where her music can make a difference, can impact hundreds of millions. It must even have been articulated in some way. Mike might have explicitly explained to her that it's not just a money grab.
