yes its fast and touch and go but these things have to make you stronger mentally and physically. I do it every few weeks. Got 315 for 20 and literally feels like you go into another dimension. out of body like experience. Try it, better than hookah

I'd like to introduce the lift name of the livelift(?). A livelift is a deadlift performed in a continuous touch and go manner. Used as standalone lowerbody lift/assistance for the dead. Same movement pattern but not a deadlift. Sick livelifting Chris!

Chris - Have you ever had an open invitation to deadlift or squat in the Animal Cage at the Arnold? Your strength is incredible. I don't know if you're sponsored by Animal as I think those that are sponsored are who get invites to lift in the cage but I definitely think they would throw a sponsorship your way if they see these videos.

Do you do much conventional DL? I'm headed for the 230 in USAPL, but that squat is awesome. Most big bench guys are using slingshot or board benches when they get heavy, is that bar just for your speed work?

Aerobics with over a quarter ton. Why stop there, how about 1000 x 10? What kind of food and supplements dies one need to recover from this training? I suspect no walking(uses wheelchair after squatting/deadlifting) days. I'm an advocate of elevators, stairs detract from squats.

Andrew Jatib i've pulled 585 3rm at 200 lbs bw, with double overhand. i never use straps, if i can't hold it, i rather want to improve my grip and try again a few weeks after. grip strengh for me is a big part of being strong.

@eccesignumrex4482
@eccesignumrex4482 8 жыл бұрын
Weight Warriors it depends on what muscles you want to build - was my ''oh sumo'' - sumo allows you to use larger muscle groups - and you SHOULD be able to move more weight compared to ''regular'' dead-lift - hence ''oh sumo''.
@OgNightcrawler
@OgNightcrawler 8 жыл бұрын
+EcceSignumRex I know many elite lifters who cannot pull sumo. the easiness of the pulling style is going to be dependent on the lifter, and his/her strengths and weaknesses.
