It's really cheap too. Ive been active my entire life and I workout too much to just lose my muscles. So i maintain it with porkchops. Make some sausages at the end of summer to last all winter. In college I owned a metal hand crank meat grinder the size of a size 11 skateboard shoe and i put 1probably a solid 2000lbs of pork through that thing during college.Back then i think i would get a lb of porkchops or just those cuts with bones for 1.50 a lb. On sale it's like $1 a lb. It was so cheap. IT was as cheap as chicken. Ground beef was 2.50-3.50 at the time lol. I weigh around 200lbs when i'm super shredded/skinny so i'd eat 3lbs of pork a day easily. It was so cheap. So damn cheap. 2-3lbs of pork a day with potatoes or rice. Wake up and eat a pork chop with coffee. Biting into the pork chop like it's a cookie. Gosh i got big during those days for so cheap. IT was just slightly more expensive than a protein shake but you actually get to chew and eat. The fat cap makes it great to make sausages as well. porkballs with spaghetti or just smothered in gravy. It's insane. I saved so much money. People don't realize how much 50lbs of pork is. You can easily by 50lbs of pork with the money it would cost for you and 2-3 friends to go out for dinner. 50lbs of pork lasted me a good two weeks........@@hunterramirez7513
