The neck break kill was Hodder's idea. The script called for Jason to quickly snap Sven's neck, but Hodder said he's done neck snaps with Jason before and was kinda bored of the idea, so he proposed to try something a little different and "slowly" break the guy's neck just to show Jason being extra assholish to this guy. After the performance, everyone agreed it was a better alternative, especially with the drawn out "pop pop pop crunch" sound, as opposed to a traditionally quick "crack". Dull machete could be given to a number of kills that happen off screen. Also fun fact, in the Jason X novels, Uber Jason regenerates his whole body from his mask and continues to do what he does best.

Jason X: The Experiment, a military research facility on Earth 2 captures Jason after the events of the movie and tries to make super soldiers using his regenerative DNA. Jason X: Planet of the Beast, another space ship finds Jason's body after the events of The Experiment, and a mad doctor tries to clone Jason. Jason X: Death Moon, Jason crashes on the Moon where there's a finishing school of rich girls after the events of PotB. Jason X: To The Third Power, I'm assuming after the events of DM, the finishing school is torn down and rebuilt into a super max prison to house Jason in the basement. Had to summarize the last two as I've only read up to Planet of the Beast. And these events are separate from the Jason X comics where Uber Jason fought Jason.
