Fun fact Tim Miller helped found Blur Studio and today he’s currently majority owner and President and Creative Director Of the company. That explains how the CG while budget of course looked so well choreographed and impressive considering what they had it’s also why he got the job for Terminator as James Cameron had wanted to work with him on the right project after spending years working on Avatar with Miller calling him a true talent waiting to be unleashed.

Deadpool is the best comic book movie. In the way that it’s literally like your watching a deadpool comic. It’s not the best movie based on a comic book. That is infinity war and Logan. But as a comic book movie nothing beats deadpool.

Wasn't expecting this movie to hold up to a second viewing as much as it did. I think it gets away with a lot due to the nature of the character; it is a by the numbers action movie with a meta character - really well restrained for what it is, but that's what it is. I find Deadpool to be more convincing - for the most part - then the other xmen characters. These movies tend to be really contrived and shallow, but I believe that Deadpool has the history they say he does in the movie when he does the things he does. The relationship itself is the only thing about this that felt really off to me. I don't think Deadpool should be able to function at all in a romantic relationship. I'd expect him to torture hookers for fun on the weekends before falling in love and going soft for a girl he just met (in exchange for money). Deadpool kills hookers Something happens that makes him have a different perspective on it and feel guilty about it Villain kidnaps Deadpools latest hooker to get to him thinking its a SO Deadpool goes on adventure to save said hooker who he tells himself he will marry and have a family with Same ending, just with the exception that the girl is trying to escape his affection That would be more believable to me
