I was pissed about the Deadpool: Animated Series getting completely scrapped once I found out about and watched the trailer. We need an adult-targeted Deadpool animated series. His appearance in Future Avengers was okay, but it was drastically tamed in comparison to what we could've gotten. Better than his episode in Ultimate Spider-Man, but still. Unfortunately, it seems MARVEL doesn't believe Deadpool is profitable as an animated series as they believe animated shows should always be family friendly. Especially with Disney owning MARVEL.

Barakapool, while is virtually unstoppable and is rather cool, is incredibly unlikely to ever return. Not unless Ryan decided he wanted Deadpool to fight and permanently kill that version in Deadpool 3 with Wolverine's assistance. Something I doubt will happen as he despised the treatment of Wade as much as the majority of Deadpool fans did.

It is a possibility. Technically, we got Lady Death in the form of Vanessa in Deadpool 2 as she was the one Deadpool saw during his death moments before being resurrected each time. She was also "all-knowing" like Lady Death is, so I wouldn't be surprised if Vanessa eventually turns into Lady Death or we see a variant of Vanessa as Lady Death in Deadpool & Wolverine.

The trailer has already made one joke on Deadpool coming to Disney, quipping "I am quite familiar with pegging, but Disney isn't". My expectations? @@EvolutionLab yeah, Barakapool was a shoddy incarnation of the character. However, considering the film was meant to be primarily serious and how disloyal Stryker was to his subordinates... I honestly had no issue with what was done to Wade story-wise. I vastly prefer Deadpool cause he's hilarious and retains his free will instead of being nothing more than a romote-controlled corpse. However, I will never despise what was done to Wade in Origins because the more comedic version wouldn't fit the tone of the film.

It's still documented on the internet as early as 2004 if you do a custom date search of "Ryan reynolds deadpool" on Google. I think he mentions this in the Deadpool DVD commentary too.
