Is it throughout the 15 years that it will appreciate or is that value adding towards your existing portfolio value/net worth? Or maybe I'm missing something & not understanding the NPV?🤔😃

Hi Prudence, NPV = the sum of all future discounted cashflows... i.e. you will earn up to R8M in future cashflow discounted with inflation.
