How does a kitchen that small support the 3500 square feet..Walls would be removed to expand the kitchen area....Too many trees in the front, where's the garage.Driveway not paved...Not enough clearance after opening the front door before encountering steps..

I saw this home in Lake Capri I was impressed but did not buy due to Septic Tank Backup and Sump Pump so I passed on this one it was a scary and cute Split Foyer Home it is not Traditional 2 story home. not at all. ***I'm afraid of snakes Septic Tanks and Sumppumps while others in that area might be use to only that I am not accepting it.

Hate that kitchen! Too small a space for such a large house! Functional but outdated restrooms. Hate the light fixtures and ceilings fans. The windows are outdated,, but can work. That is too much yard! The upkeep will take a lot of work. Some people may like this feature ; it could be a plus. This house need a kitchen! And a dining area! It’s at a good price, so this is a plus. I give this a 7.

I understand, nice bones of the house, kitchen too small haven't been updated in years, too choppy ,the cost just too high to bring it up to date. Love your work though, keep with your content.
