Equity has taken over my workplace. I worked 18 years to get the wage I earn. Both merit raises and just usual inflation raises. One day everyone in the building suddenly got revalued to my wage. The people who made the least got the biggest raise and people who were doing ok got a little boost. Now I wonder if some new hires are making even more. It has turned the core of loyalty, integrity etc upside down. They don't know what this does to a company. Those who produce will do less. I am considering my options at this point. That was such an asinine thing to do. We are not all equal. We have different experience, seniority and integrity. And some people don't do sheet when they work.

Did you get a union? Because that's what it sounds like. Unions espouse equal pay for equal work. If you do the same job you get the same pay. If you fail to perform to a minimum standard you risk dismissal. If you over produce you get promoted. If neither of these things happen in your workplace, the responsible party is your employer. Seniority is a big deal in Unions. The theory being that the longer you are there the more you know and the better you are at your job. You get first dibs on higher paying job classifications, first choice of preferred vacation times, etc. Just not more pay for the same work. Oh and layoffs happen in reverse seniority, meaning you will be the last to go in the event of layoff or closure. You know you sound like a whiny baby. Are you suddenly getting paid less for your work? No, you're mad that others are getting what you get. You're probably the center of gossip in your workplace. Your concern about other getting more than you think they deserve is childish. You should tell your co-workers how you feel. See how that goes over.

The courts allow them to call in and cancel three times for court hearings, then if they get council more cancelations, it can take sometimes more than a year to get them in court . Then the judges will give them 3 months to find a new location. And if they destroy your place ,back in court and god help you recovering anything. Some people look bad on paper but are actually great tenants. Others look fantastic on paper but are actually a nightmare. I've known people who were always on time and never caused issues with neighbors but completely TRASHED the places they lived. Big holes in walls, stained and/or ripped carpet, broken blinds, filthy bathrooms, etc... We (myself, my husband, and our children) wound up homeless back in 18 thanks to c■■cer. We had, prior to that, kept up on rent. We took care of where we lived. Always cleaned and filled nail holes upon leaving for a new place. We didn't invite neighbor drama. We've even gotten compliments. Anyway, we explained our situation to the landlord and said we'd still pay the full rent, just not right away. They said they understood and that it would be fine as long as we gave them *some*thing each month. Yeah, they lied. Didn't care. Had to leave. We couldn't find a new place for over a year. We lived in hotels, rental cars (yes, we wound up carless (and jobless!!) during that time, too!), a tent, and finally a shtty shelter. Thank God for people willing to give second chances or idk where we'd be. I understand why landlords think the way they do, and giving the benefit of the doubt all the time is incredibly naive, but...

Mexico is the same. I lived there for a year. At the border crossing my bags were searched and they found some libertad silver coins I brought. They were going to charge me $200 per coin as well. I refused and was walked over to the American side border crossing. I was able to take them to a coin dealer I knew(Mexican descent)close to the border and went back without any problem.

Id say price controls have been in the silver market for decades. Otherwise Silver would already be in the 100s of dollars by now.

Bro it's not familes who own a 2nd house to help them pull some passive income. It's vanguard and Blackrock who are buying up all the homes. Have bought around 20% of the available homes the last few years. They are the reason there is a shortage of homes and why they cost as much as they do.

In Australia they are price fixing primarily Silver $12 over spot and paying out 12 under spot. That’s why I’m getting out and buying food and lead.

Precious metals and prepping are NOT mutually exclusive! You need to stop looking at silver as an investment and start seeing it as Insurance.

@@YankeeStacking I understand that but I’ve been stacking for 15 yrs and only a couple of years ago they were setting a fair price( buy or sell ) now, the greed has crept in and its just infuriating that what was once a great industry in this country, has now become just plain greed driven. Here the incentive is being crushed.

Enjoy your Channel, I'd like your input on what to look for in a business that buys and sells precious metals. After watching several of your shows I want to invest in Silver. My Mom left me probably 25+ pounds of silver trays, utensils, coffee urns, etc. My son said to melt it down and sell it, but I think that's easier said than done...thoughts?

well.... Vietnam had price fixing up until about a year ago. All the gold was managed via the SVB but the premiums were 30% higher than the market price. Any time I traveled to Vietnam for a holiday, my wife and I would quietly arbitrage a total of 200g of gold in HCMC. From this we would pay for our holiday, be able to replace our gold because the large exchange house carried: USD, Euro, CAD, GBP, AUD, CHF...... everything. Gold for cash and back to gold. Of course the jeweler would save big money by buying from us. Sooooo... if the US government decides to pull crap price fixing on fungible gold, that gold will be arbitraged in Canada, Mexico, Europe, or Asia

Interesting conversation/monologue. Tax on 'unrealized capital gains'? You have to ask yourself, what then would be anyones incentive to save ,or wisely invest in anything likely to appreciate? Whether it's PM's, coins, antiques of any type, digital currencies, classic cars, or real estate. I am thinking there would have to be a minimum net worth below which you would NOT incur a taxation of this type? Live there, at least on paper? HMMM....? Great way for a government to prey upon it's citizenry. You can bet the wealthiest (top 10%) will find a way around this.

Large venture capital firms are buying up real estate as fast as it hits the market, and it seems price isn’t much of an option. Right away they have realtor’s find tenants, and property management companies to maintain them. Because they know they can set whatever rent price they want basically, and still possess the property itself as a hard asset that will retain, or exceed its current value. The smart money today is in hard assets.
