SurfinSci. Dennis M says it all. Yer intrepid "story teller" just admitted on YT for all the world to see that he has no problem abusing the YT platform to actually dodge his own dodging of commercial accountability. He's revealed himself as borderline doofus material. Thnk about it. For him to follow up that "story" publicly on YT, especially given his condescending att toward the first client's doomsday orientation, and neglect to check property records for the true landowner first, completely suggests he is likely one of the hottest shit, big cheese, protected, and probably laziest freemasons in his community orbit. Either that or he's just a pilgrim newcomer hack which does not appear to be the case. I proudly give a loud stereo thumbs up every time narcissistic asses expose themselves as to how effing stupid hubris through boy club memberships can get. I'm gonna go out on another limb here and guess that you're only half aware of the Buzz Aldrin factor, y'sci-boy whiz. Thanks n shouts out to Cloudy Days and Dennis M.

I’ve got one pair of annoying neighbors, basically they are copying everything we all others are doing in the neighborhood, what they copied from my family was that we built an balcony, they did it as well, we got cats, they got cats, we repaired the roof tiles, they did that as well, and then the others, they got a vw golf, and they did as well, they built an outside house, they did the same, there’s so much things they’re copying from all of us. But that’s not the worst part, those neighbors are telling us others we should stop copying them or they’ll call the cops. Luckily they moved away finally 4 months ago

I love people like you❤❤. My neighbors have turned into Old bats and old Bally's now their grouchy and crabby and if my property weren't so beautiful I would run away. They had to cut down their evergreen trees because they had blight . Now I can see his driveway. 🙈🙈🙈Do you have any alternatives especially since he took up all the property stakes. I have lovely large black walnut trees that have nothing to do with him and all he does is complain about how he can hear the black walnuts hitting the ground 75 feet from his house on . other side of my house. They only fall every other year. But he complains every week I know that's a bad description but I'm really up to here with it.

On my block in sylmar the house across the street has 23 cars that belong there due to additions and basically it became a legal boarding house to renters who cant park anywhere but the street. There are only 30 street parking spots and when you add in all the converted garages and room renters from the 30 houses on the block you have one messy parking issue on my block. I did not put trash cans on street to save parking spots for 10 years... Rest did just that.. I got reported so i reported the entire block over a 6m month period... Now I do not care about it as i only have one car. I now call all who leave trash cans out or park in the apron.. The dept of transportation and sanitation get frequent reports from me and i sit back and laugh.. Over the years I have adopted the attitude that the renters and a legal person from mongolia has a right to fly over and have someone park his car in front of a house on the street.
