I love these types of videos since I'm trying to lose weight, especially you being Christian, I do not see many Christian fitness youtubers so I would loveeeeee to see more videos like this!

I find that working out naturally makes me crave healthier foods. Maybe I'm just lucky but as soon as I work out, my body stops craving sugary foods and junk food. I'm so thankful! My body craves fresh and healthy meals and good recovery foods to help it heal. Now I find that when I date a guy, I don't get sucked into bad eating habits or their eating habits. I've now got a discipline of my own because looking after my body and having self control have always helped me a lot in life

Yes I’m on the same journey! My husband and I when we first got together bonded with eating and snacking and eating some more lol. I think being healthy physically also helps you mentally. Therefore you’re just ready to do Gods work!

You could always try fat-fasting too! Say you have like an iced blonde roast Starbucks, add a table spoon or two of heavy cream, then maybe some vanilla extract, a little squirt of stevia or mink fruit, maybe a dash of cinnamon. Absolutely delicious. You’d get a small amount of calories, yes, but it could help you push through your fast farther and you would not be spiking insulin so a lot of the benefits of fasting would still be prolonged! Really good option. But anyways, the Starbucks iced blonde roast at target is a fav (and half off right now)

How to drink black coffee: I get the flavored coffee at Walmart and it’s Walmart brand. My favorite is cream brûlée in a tacky orange bag. Smells amazing. Then I add one packet of stevia which is zero calories. Taste much much more bearable!!

Yes, more fitness videos for sure pls! You were the one who introduced me to Chloe Ting back then 😊 I tend to care more about the ingredient list rather than the nutritional facts. Its more important to me to try to eat clean and not have a bunch of random ingredients in my foods. For example I dont buy soda anymore but instead buy Spindrift which is literally only carbonated water and lime juice. Or id rather buy cookies that have simple ingredients like flour, eggs, sugar etc... rather than "low calorie, keto, organic, gluten free" cookies that usally end up having a bunch of random ingredients and most of the times those are just marketing labels and not actually healthy. I highly recommend Bobby from Flavcity here on KZbin 😊

Hey girl! I love this topic! I desperately want to feel my best and STRONG internally. Not losing weight for “vanity” anymore. I just want to live longer for myself and my kids and get back down to “normal” I’m not crazy about chick-fil-a 😂 but I KNOW it’s bomb! I prefer sushi or even burritos 😩🤭 ugh. My biggest issue isn’t even eating healthy, it’s PORTION CONTROL. Heeeeeelp! 😅

I love black coffee! Start with it on ice it cuts the bitterness. Get a flavor coffee you like (hawaiian brands are yum) Make toddy over using the coffee maker it also helps it become MUCH less bitter 🫶🏽 ☕️

Perhaps adding intermediate fasting to your diet, too? I've been trying to eat from 12PM-6PM with healthy dinners and fruits/veggies as snacks... easier said than done but I feel like my metabolism has improved a lot! Try it.

Yes I do 16:8! It’s been awesome I’m more laid back Saturday and Sunday but Monday - Friday 12-8 is when I eat 😃

Try coffee with some silk chocolate milk. It’s a low sugar milk and it’s low in calories and you don’t do a full cup. It sweetness just enough to get past the bitterness. I stopped sweeteners for a minute too. And yes! I read a book called Jesus> Religion and finished it last night and he was talking about in the end how God uses you through the job your in or in a place where you think you’d rather be in ministry. He says to not underestimate Gods purpose is much greater than we will ever understand and I believe know he is equipping you with the word on how to live a healthy life and take care of your temple (body). Physically & spiritually. So glad you’re finding joy in what you love again, but with an even greater purpose. ♥️

I really enjoyed this video❤ I would love to see your advice on implementing working out and how to not be excessive or too little with it (when your ready to do so of course) I feel like I got the food part down pretty decently. But I struggle with the working out 😢

My big problems are I love sugar too much and don't like working out 😅. I could do simple things like jump rope and walking. But my body is too week to do anything else for a long time. But that's what happens when you stop being active. We also like always have left overs. Haha. Sometimes I don't want to reheat things in the microwave, so I just reheat it in a pan with a little water & on low with a lid on.

You can try torani syrups. They are 0 calories. I use them on my plain greek yogurt too instead of the added sugar.

How do you manage like knowing what foods are good and what not or manage time with scheduling. I'm so bad at iittttt. Like girl I literally can not focus on my studying and am not sure about cooking and everything. But God has been working in my life abundantly though. It's been hard getting to one point and continuing with that one thing. Weather it be homework, studying, reading my bible, and most importantly, praying

Liking black coffee is honestly an acquired taste. If you have been used to drinking sugary coffee.. it’s going to be incredibly difficult to switch to black coffee. I recommend sticking with your regular coffee drink and gradually eliminate the syrups, sugar, milk. Maybe switch to light calorie syrups, sugar & milk and then reduce the amount of pumps of syrups, ect untill you are finally drinking black coffee :) My go to drink is espresso shots with slight almond milk. I don’t even drink straight black coffee. It’s hard.

Girl, if you love chips you have to get on Quest chips. The macros are incredible! 5-7 carbs, 20 protein and like 5 fat. Eat chips and get your protein in 🔥

Y’all!!! I’m telling you if you want to lose weight but you struggle with consistency PLEASE try getting 10k steps a day (and as much water as you can drink)! I walked myself from 174lbs to 158lbs AND IVE MANAGED TO STAY THAT WAY without any diets or gym or anything! I get my steps everyday even if I have to walk in place. Get a watch that counts steps and just incorporate it throughout your day!
