Thank you so much for including the "I'm a good customer" bit. This is universally understood in retail, but apparently not once you become a customer yourself, as it's the first thing out of their mouth as soon as any problem arises, trying to use it as leverage for 'better' service. All it says about you is that you're entitled and arrogant, learn some humility and accountability for your own failings that are making something a bigger problem than it needs to be, before you can expect customer service reps to treat you like a human being.
