Great tips! Stress plays such a huge role in our health. I hadn’t thought about this cycle you talked about. Staying busy helps to keep my mind off of my own issues.

What a beautiful presentation! And I completely agree with those tips. I’ve been caught in the cycle before and the way to break free from it is to start ever so slowly until it becomes a steady habit. Stay well! 🤗🧡

Love the graphic, it puts the emphasis on what we can do, regardless of the symptom. It feels like a lot to try to be keeping track of all the different varieties of symptoms otherwise!

Heavy legs are very common. It definitely can be part of the cycle of symptoms.

Heavy legs are definitely one of the symptoms that can be part of the symptoms of the cycles.
