I do all the things but I just don’t sleep well. I average 5-6 hours per night with at least one interruption. Thanks for another great video.

Hi Tony! So sorry you aren’t sleeping well. Any small tweaks you can make? Maybe looking around the room when it is dark and looking for small sources of light like LEDs from devices? Or adding a sleep mask? Or maybe adding a meditation practice in the evenings? I sometimes try to experiment with small diet and lifestyle changes to see if I can make small changes to improve symptom management.

Okay hears the deal. I was already struggling with depression anxiety and CPTSD bebore I was diagnosed with MS a little more than a year ago. I have been on disability for over two decades. I'm scared confused and overwhelmed. I need support because I feel so very alone in this.

Hi Tracy. I am sorry that you are dealing with all that. It is completely normal to feel overwhelmed after diagnosis. It may take a year or more to adjust. I am actually releasing a video tomorrow about adapting. Please check out the National MS society, MSAA, and Overcoming MS to see if there are support groups in your area.

Thank you very kindly for posting all of this information. I am getting am MRI for my brain soon as I've been dealing with some of the symptoms you've mentioned. Though I already have depression, I feel my depression and anxiety getting stronger due to fear and all of these scary and new symptoms / sensations in my body. My doctor just wants an MRI to hopefully rule out MS. But otherwise she thinks it could be stress but I'm still nervous and worried about the outcome. Just thank you for your channel and information. Just looking things up at the moment.

Hi Dani! Thanks for watching. I am sorry you are experiencing symptoms with no answers yet. I remember how frustrating and scary it can be. Depression is a distinct symptom of MS and other conditions; it may not be due to stress. Please keep me posted.

Hi, I recently found your KZbin channel and I am really enjoying your content. I have been following Dr. Boster for a couple of years now and I’m interested to hear your opinion on one of his recommendations. The reason I follow you both is because I was diagnosed with PPMS a little over 10 years ago. Unfortunately my MS symptoms did quickly progressed and I went from using Ottobock orthotics, to a cane, and then a Walker in five years. At this time I have been wheelchair-bound for five years. I have been receiving Ocrevus fusions for almost 2 years now. This seems to be my last ditch effort to slow this thing down. I am dealing with pain, anxiety, depression, and spasticity on a daily basis, like so many people with MS. I am maxed out on gabapentin, Cymbalta, and Baclofen. These medication's and my other seven medication's prescribed for just my symptoms are helping but they are not always enough. What is your opinion on using cannabis as an additional medication for MS symptoms. Thank you.

Hi Bob and welcome!! I don’t have experience with cannabis for MS symptoms myself but I do know several MSers that use it for pain, spasticity, and to help them sleep. I have spoken in favor of approving medical cannabis distribution centers in my town as I believe it is a helpful adjunct for people suffering with chronic illness symptoms. Dr. Boster is in support of it as well kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWOkm2OZeLaEb8Usi=euGqmu-udXnlWZN0

I'm on a plant based diet as well and have felt most of my symptoms go away. NO PROCESSED FOODS!! These are definitely bad for us. I also take probiotics and vitamins. Most of my symptoms are gone. The only med I take is baclofen also because muscle spasticity is still there although I have reduced how much baclofen I take as those are going away also.

@@nathanmorris9413 I agree! It is very challenging for many to change their diet. It is a culture, the marketing, and misinformation all make it hard. I wish people could shift their mindset from a diet of deprivation to one of abundance. There are over 20,000 kinds of edible plants out there!

Most of my symptoms started in March 2020 the day Indiana went into "COVID Lockdown". Later December 2022 my fiance has to go to the ER having issues after her hip replacement. I had to drop her off at the door so I could care for our 1yo daughter. She was losing consciousness and couldn't text me while in the waiting room. I was so stressed that I apparently went numb on half my torso and my left hand... Still haven't recovered it.

Thanks for watching. MS can definitely affect one eye. Have you reached out to your neurologist? They may be able to determine if it is related your MS.
