Just for you, Perples Chermpiern. To cheer you up. Must've been hard being the "I'm teeeeeeeellin'!" taddletale kid who had no friends and for the life of him couldn't figure out why he got beaten up so much.

Yes he was. Elvis said Dean was his favorite singer. He wanted to see Dean one time. Deans office told him he had to go to the golf course. So Elvis and one of his guys went to the golf course. They found Dean and for a joke Elvis started singing one line of his songs. Dean was laughing so they talked for a while then when Elvis started to leave he told Elvis will you do me a favor buddy ? Elvis said site, he said don’t sing my songs will you? Lol Elvis said you got it. They said Elvis was thrilled. The colonel wouldn’t let Elvis be on Dean Martins show. He said they wouldn’t pay enough. Elvis wanted to be on it.

That manager of Elvis, Colonel Tom Parker, really hurt Elvis! He took advantage of him and Elvis just didn't know any better. It was a real shame, Elvis led a very restricted style because of Col. Parker. And, he hurt him financially all those years.

Dean MARTIN. the only human ,human who exposes all that is good in the best and dearest emotions which we are all born with sadly every one of us on this planet cannot display. He portrays all that is good in his emotions, thus making him the most popular entertainer we have had this century. Just sit and watch every true emotions he shows us. he is the perfect entertainer. Your must notice that I speak in the present sense. That is because I watch everything on Utube what I can find. Being a Brit and 84 years old indicates how I have been a fan of Dean for so long.

The Golddiggers (the 4 girls singing & dancing in the beginning) were so gorgeous (& they still are! I saw them at a veterans show!). Look at the difference between American women in the 60s & 70s vs American women now.....its so sad. Nowadays women wanna be men & men are emasculated....there are 14 different genders & 9 different sexualities, everyone is obese, everyone is offended by anything everyone says & the US is devoid of fun, humor & self critique. We are all so connected to each other & frankly I think its way too much. I was born in the mid 60s & I yearn for the days before the 21st century. Life was so much simpler & sweeter in the 60s & 70s & even the 80s.

Yes, my father had it rough, he worked long hours as an iron worker & was a hard worker who never complained. He was a loving father who never hit us, taught us how to work hard & be good christians & good Americans but all that work stressed him out. This show allowed my dad to escape his troubles for an hour. He once told me that for that one hour, when my mother, my sisters & I joined our dad & watched this show, it was one of the few times in the week where he truly felt like he didn't have a care in the world.
