if your having reflection problems then you can buy reflective spray that should stop it in your glasses, i know people use it when doing portraits.. it works really well at stopping any reflection and it won't damage your glasses x

AcActually best think for reflection free spec get anti reflective coatings when you ahve then made up that is what any optician will tell you
