"I'm not looking for a relationship." That can be one of the worst statements to hear from someone you are interested in. However, take it at face value and as a cautionary sign to not proceed any further, if you are dating with intentions. Andre Notice is in a season of his life in which he's transparent in his encounters with women and quickly give notice that he's "Not Ready to Love."

in my honest opinion if you are not ready for a relationship then you need to leave women COMPLETELY alone until you are. No dates, no hanging out, no special outings, etc.

Agree. So many are not ready but want to play with women. Then they end up hurting women. But you are a man of God. The problem is men think they can’t be alone. They always have to have a woman. This why women need to fiercely guard their hearts and bodies.

As a man, when you can acknowledge that a woman is more emotionally irrational, your honesty about what you desire doesn’t absolve us of the responsibility not to engage her if our intentions don’t align. We are still ultimately accountable for the direction of the relationship and the outcome if we accept her presence knowing that it’s going to create an emotional connection that we aren’t available to receive. We have to consider our emotional state AND hers. Coming from a man who has been that guy! Loved the episode and transparency!

“A woman is waiting to find the right man, for a man is the right timing”………. This is true. When a man says he is not ready to be in a relationship and if you want a relationship then it’s better for you to walk away. You cannot change their mind. If you go into a situation with this person thinking you can change him by being with him and sleeping with him you’re being selfish and can get your feelings hurt and do more damage to yourself. I first experienced this at 44 and realized I had to walk away. I can’t be mad because he said he was not ready. When he becomes ready does not mean it will be with me. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’ve gotten back to my place of intentionality.

I am 26 now, and I have learned this a few years ago with my child’s father. Even though he said it’s what he wanted, he would always push back the marriage a few more years every time we talked about it. It was always, “we need more time.” I wish I would’ve known before I had his child, but I’m happy I left when I did. Never again!

Wow... a powerful episode! Andre shared (3) perspectives that hit home for me and I will be sharing in my sister's group chat... (1) Women look to find the right man, but Men wait for the right time...this resonated in my spirit because I finally heard what a prior love interest said to me. I now hear it loud and clear and at the time I couldn't comprehend what he was saying. (2) A person only receives a message when they are ready for it. (3) Professing brings possessions. I was truly blessed by this episode. At first listening to Andre sounded to me as though he was making excuses on not choosing to love, but then he reached me with points that spoke to my heart. Thank God, I continued to listen, but with a different set of ears and meditate on what I heard Andre say. Thank you Heavenly Father for the messenger in Andre and blessing us with the platform to reach the heart of many through Laterras.

Over a year later God led me to this episode. I was part of the dear future wifey's trip to Jamaica Andre was present and during the podcast in Jamaica Laterras mentioned watching the episode. I started but didn't finish. Yesterday when I was thinking about what to do during my Sunday relaxation God brought this episode to mind. You see God has been dealing with me in the area of faith I have also been speaking over two specific areas of my health and not recieving breakthrough. Yesterday I prayed a prayer of supplication about my health and immediately after I prayed I wondered do I have to pray this over and over. Andre answered my question clearly when he said " Mountains will move if you speak the word one time and your faith backs it up." I believe that he was used by God to answer my question and I now back my prayers and declarations up with faith knowing that the mountain has moved. May God continue to make his face shine upon you both Andre and Laterras.

It's funny how he grew from this one relationship. Just to be real for a moment, he too was a fuck boy for years. Lets not forget that. He was broken because he didn't expect a woman to leave him. So what was his frame of thought with her? I respect the woman for being honest with him. HE saw her VALUE ONES SHE LEFT. LIFE LESSON TO HIM... DO NO BE A FUCK BOY AND EXPECT A WOMAN TO STAY. He was that guy, the fuck boy and he got a life lesson and this right here is a positive change from his nagative ways. 📙💯 SHE WANTED A MAN WHO WAS GOING TO GIVE HER MORE THAN JUST A FLESH OR SEX-Y TIME. He wasted her time. Time ran out. 📖

I'm watching this Dear Future Wifey episode for the first time, more than two years after it was first premiered, and OMG, the anointing that's on this conversation is still SO timely and SO powerful. This young man, Andre Notice, is one of those hidden ttreasures that I believe God is going to continue to shine His Light on and expose to the world. It does my heart good to see two Black men, sitting together and of all things, tslking about and giving reverence to God! This conversation was jam packed with inspirational and revelatiry nuggets about relationships and dating from a man's perspective, which always proves to be a major benefit for the Ladies....🙂 I can honestly say that All that was shared here and said here, truly ministered to me! May God continue to use you both mightily as you both continue to keep it real and keep it LIT!🤗🙂👍👍❤️❤️

Thank you for having this man of God on the podcast. I pray that you have more men of God on the podcast. Men and women need to see the Glory of God through our men. 2022 has been prophesied as a year of revival for the church as well as for men to return to God. I too have been homeless, so when you asked him what got him to the point of understanding the power of the mind, I knew he had a powerful testimony from homelessness. I have been promoting intentionality in dating on my social media as well and I'm glad you all discussed this. Some women feel that they can change men, but they can't. If he says I'm not ready, you need to believe him. Shout out to the men and women who are intentional and keep it 100 in their dating, because it really does matter. Blessings to you and Mr. Notice!

If men are aware that women are emotional it’s the responsibility of both men and women to just abstain from sex all together. When Andre said the devil can see your future and value, so that is why he is attacking you and your mind, it hit me like a ton of bricks. It also reminded me of the people I have been placed to help and serve. The same way he spoke into your son's life, is the same way I have been used to speaking and acting in people's lives. This episode right here!!!! Wow I’m literally weeping… not just crying, weeping. When u started sharing about how Armani struggles I just wanted to embrace him with a hug and affirmations. I originally wasn’t going to comment. Then I continued to listen and u spoke directly to me. Today marks 6yrs that my beautiful 16yr old daughter took her own life. I’m not even sad today. I’m so healed. Not over it but healed. You never know what someone is battling with on the inside. Every life is so valuable. Every storm passes. Storms make the sun shine so much brighter. Armani you are such a blessing to so many by helping your father with this podcast. You have the opportunity to learn so much from some amazing and talented ppl. Everyone has things they struggle with. Even the Kardashians of the world have things about themselves that they “don’t like”. You are such a blessing to your father also!! This video popped up a couple days ago and I scrolled pass it. I did that because of the title. Mind you I’m not shacking up with your podcast lol. I even follow you on IG. This episode kept popping up right in my face. God has been dealing with me about the power of words. So today I finally decided to watch and let me just say that I’m glad I did. It was the title that had me kind of iffy about whether or not I needed to hear what was being said. I was like “not ready to love” 🤨 Umm I don’t know about that. Lol but man God is amazing! So authentic, the vulnerability. I pray that you guys continue to be your true raw and real selves. This episode has helped me and so many others. Continue to break generational cures and show up for the marriage, speak its truths, turn to the one that guards your marriage, God will always show up and lead you. May God continue to bless your union.

Omg!!! You wouldn't believe me but my son said the very same thing. And it felt like someone took my heart in their hands and began to squeeze and squeeze. I replied like you did. I told him first that I loved him and he was to speak positive things and not the negative. I felt bad because his father died in his sleep when my son was around 16 years of age. I felt helpless hearing my son say exactly what your son had said. This has been truly a blessing hearing this from this podcast. Thank you.

I’m so glad that the intro of the recap was worship… 😊 it’s what made me come back to watch it. I recall your introduction episode I was hooked. Andre Notice not only reminded me of my why, he pushed me into a place of reflection of my journey and how purposeful it has been. The God moment was why I watched. I was a foster parent for several years and one of my babies consistently fights for his life…. My biological son also struggles. This was for both my boys. The WahWah comment took me out! I didn’t have a job for care giving7 years while caring for my son who was diagnosed with brain cancer at the age of 13. There’s so much I hear but don’t want to ramble… Armani is already alright 😊 Psalms 139:16 Wah wah is also please take your meds. Ask about invega it’s a shot it transformed my middle sons life, he has Bipolar Schizoaffective disorder. This episode of all I’ve watched. Thank you Latrell can’t stop crying

Funny that I thought I came here for just empathising that I was not ready for love… but in the middle the HOLY SPIRIT shows up with a message that God has been conveying to me repeatedly for months about my mind. I’ve struggled with my mind for years, and let the enemy speak into my thoughts even until today leading me to discouragement and camping in sadness when it comes to my hope for marriage and the future, and hugely my value and worth. This wrecked me. This was what I needed to hear and I’m trusting that God will transform me as I got such a big takeaway: I ONLY SPEAK LIFE INTO EVERY SITUATION. IT SHALL BE AS YOU SAY!!! Amen! Your channel is a huge blessing. God bless you abundantly!!!

This episode was holistic for me, especially that I'm into business and personal development. I'd like to recommend a book called Mind, Character and personality, volumes 1&2 for anyone who struggles with negative thoughts and self talk. And as I have mentioned before, this has not been just a podcast to me as well. I'm truly grateful for all the things I'm hearing and learning here. Blessings.

I'm going to wake up earlier, say daily affirmations, and only entertain men who are in the right timing. That has been my biggest mistake, building up men during the down season in their lives. I'm driven so all it creates is resentment and imbalance. This podcast has blessed me.

Thank you both so much for your obedience to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit had me pause this viewing so that I could get my 12 year old son for him to view and listen to this episode as well (there's a story behind that). I've straddled the fence for a long time, but recently have decided to be all in with God's will for my life. I am progressively getting better and consistent with stating my affirmations daily and believing God's Word concerning me. I've tried my way... I want to see what God has for me and more importantly how He will use me for His glory and purpose. May you both continue to stay in alignment with the calling that He has on your lives. God Bless!
