For people that's depressed, anxious or downright s*icidal music is one of the best ways to pour out one's hate and anger or sadness I used it alot when I was battling depression and extreme social anxiety. I'm not here to defend parents who mistreat their kids because I was mistreated too but from their perspective they're disciplining their children when they think they're "Going out of line" not because they just feel like it. This is usually solved by proper communication cuz at that point what's more to loose? And you get everything to gain. For people suffering through mental health don't give up on your life. Or yourself but fight through it. The light at the end of the tunnel is near and may God bless you and have a nice day

Promise I'm thinking, overthinking quite a lot They say we're crazy and useless, making stupid excuses To go make bad decisions when we're hurt And we're not crazy romantics but we still know what a heart is And know that when it's cracked it really burns Oh we know more than what we tell you But can't always put into words And we don't cry because we want to But you'll assume it's because she's another sixteen year old girl High school's been a terrifying one She thinks she won't ever find someone To build her back when she's in pieces and pieces again Let's not forget about all the Ones who go and run their mouths just to Stay relevant and not miss out Hate that you've been saying I'm dramatic Immature because I just don't wanna talk You ever think that you might be overreacting? Promise I'm thinking, overthinking quite a lot They say we're crazy and useless, making stupid excuses To go make bad decisions when we're hurt And we're not crazy romantics but we still know what a heart is And know that when it's cracked it really burns Oh we know more than what we tell you But can't always put into words And we don't cry because we want to But you'll assume it's because she's another sixteen year old girl

@@trusfratedkook830 i told my mom I wanted to kill myself and that I was having suicidal thoughts and she pretended that I didn't say anything. A few months later we got into another big fight and I reminded her about it, and what she told me was this:"I just thought you were having a bad day". And what I said was:" you could've asked me! I have been having suicidal for months now and you don't even care!" Like bruh, I'm telling you I have been having suicidal thoughts for months and you've done nothing to help me with that. She has been in a toxic relationship before, and I get that but don't you make me feel like sh** because of it. I have been having all simptoms of PTSD. There was another night where her current boyfriend got drunk and went crazy. I had to wake up at 1am because they were screaming at each other. I was shaking, scared for my life because of the way he was talking that night. I couldn't go to school the next day. Now everytime I hear a loud noise I'm literally scared to death.

It’s so weird and exciting to hear this song today and see how far Tate is going with her career. Like I couldn’t imagine when I heard it for the first time 4 years ago that she would be what she’s today and I’m happy because she deserves it. But wow I just came back here ‘cause I saw an old print screen of this video and remembered. I actually found my comment from 4 years ago as well.😅😂

As a 16 year old girl this song has the most relatable lyrics ever and it’s truly hard to get words out of our mouths and it’s hard to explain stuff to my parents and high school has been so hard for me lately

''friends are USELESS!'' no, they are the ones that keep me happy. being happy keeps you from getting mentally unstable. if parents was less strict, i feel like we wouldn't hide so much from parents. and when we hide something from our parents, they get mad when we're just trying to keep them proud. but no matter what, we just dont seem to be enough for them..

I am a parent and I am trying to understand my 16 year old daughter . I love this song you have put together for us parents. Any parents out there listening or reading this please don’t think your kids are dramatic or over reacting they are just small human beings trying there best. Good luck teenagers I know you got this and you will crush your teenage years

Exactly. Parents can be so close minded.
@Kuurajin4 жыл бұрын
And they wonder why we always feel and look so emotionless. They wonder why we always ignore them. They wonder why are we always so rude to them. They wonder why we struggle not just in school but in life too. They wonder why we always stare at our phones. That’s just the thing. Parents don’t understand us. They don’t remember what it’s like when they were once a teen too. They’re always saying our phones are controlling us now but them themself can’t stop using your phones either. For my mum, I sometimes feel she does ‘I can do this to you but you don’t do that to me’ ‘What is yours is mine and what is mine is mine’ They don’t understand and that’s fine. Maybe that’s how life works.
@Ashley-fz9rx4 жыл бұрын

AccidxntsHappen my mum since young could hit and cane me. Last time, I had to learn spelling for Chinese. I wasn’t really good in Chinese and she forced me to learn. My bedtime was 10 but I was forced to stay up to 12 to learn. Every time I get one word wrong, she would hit me. At the end of the day, I got caned on the same hands for about 25 times if I remember correctly. I was only 9
