During the ENTP's turn when it starts out with the warm smile and increased brightness; then the record skips and Kristin immediately turns the "ENTP face" on with their actual inner monologue made me shed a single manly tear. Each video on this channel gets put together a little better with the acting, production, writing, or all three. It's nice to showcase the tertiary Fe entertaining the possibility of getting unpacked. In my head, the ENFJ and ENTP go on to have a lovely relationship where the the Ne gets stimulated and the Fe gets to be a caretaker. I get a lot of warm fuzzies when the deeper possibilities of the types gets explored rather than the low-hanging fruit stereotypes.

The subtitles very well sum up my INFJ-ENFJ relationship with my best friend. While we spend 50% of our time talking and psychoanalysing other people, we spend 40% therapizing each other and 10% trying to keep each other from being a doormat for our other friends. ENFJ here, personally I friggin LOVE the INFPs. We just vibe. I’m married to one! They have struggles unique to the INFP, but once you’ve met enough of them you become less annoyed with and more understanding of them. Maybe having ADHD helps me to empathize more as well XD but MAN that ADHD do not vibe well with my perfectionism… I also just ADORE INTJs! You can have the most fascinating conversations with them cuz you see things from different angles. All you need are mutual interests! Honestly I find myself more fascinated with other personality types than annoyed by them. The only trait that I really can’t comprehend is when someone has zero care for being kind to people.

Personally, this is how I see every personality: INTP: This is my boyfriend. Why is he always alone in the corner of the room? I’ll go talk and introduce myself! Later on I realize how intelligent and analytical he is to the point of intimidating me. He’s also highly oblivious to other peoples boundaries and social interactions. However, he’s a loyal and cute. Befriend him! ENTP: Wow that’s a lot of mental energy in just one person. Her quick mind is intimidating but sometimes she contradicts herself. Conversations are endlessly fascinating, and she challenges me to research and backup my thinking. ENTJ: This child is amazing at money management and he’s only 12 years old! Did he paid his own phone with his dad’s weekly allowance? I don’t even know how to manage my savings account and I’m 22! INTJ: This is my brother, he has this childish good heart inside of him. Moral standards are super high. Sometimes moody and irritating when things are not the way he wants. The funniest person, makes me laugh till my stomach hurts. INFP: Her presence is like a rock, quiet and hard not to notice. She has a pure heart and even though she seems oblivious to her environment, I know she is listening to everything. She hates criticism but accepts it to a certain level. ENFP: Her feelings are so energetic and contagious that it's hard not to love her for it! She is inconsistent with our friendship, but when we have the chance to be together, it's like we were never apart! INFJ: Why does she cares so much about her appearance? She is beautiful! And why is she with that boy? He is toxic but somehow she thinks that she is able to change him. ENFJ: He has such a low self stem but he is the warmest human being! I can’t stop laughing every time we have a conversation. He is very thoughtful too. ISTP: This is my mom. She is diligent, caring in her own way, and endlessly creative! She is so strong, I wish I could have such logical mindset for everything. However, she is so oblivious to herself to the point of irritating me, go to the doctor please! ISFP: Wow! Her creativity with make up amazes me! She seems such a delicate human being. She cries a lot, few people are strong enough to express their emotions and I admire her for it. ESFP: This is my sister. OMG she is so selfish and unappreciative! But she is funny, lovable and my life with her has never been boring. SHE NEEDS A LOT OF ATTENTION. ESTP: Why people misjudge her? Yes, she has no concept of her morality but she is very caring. She is intelligent, and an amazing friend but people can’t just handle her truths. ESTJ: She seems shallow but she has a lot of depth inside of her! You just need to have a one-to-one conversations and she will talk about the meaning of life. Controlling and overbearing but a loyal friend. ESFJ: This is my dad. The kindest person, pure heart and loyal to our family. He is intelligent, and he remembers something from 20 years ago, that’s impressing! However, sometimes he is annoying and repetitive. ISFJ: There is something in her that makes me respect her to a high degree. She has such a strong sense of duty, but I wish she can do something nice for herself. ISTJ: He is rigid and overly organized. I don’t like it but at the same time I admire such strong sense of routine. I can have a lot of fun with him when he let’s himself go with the flow. Sometimes he seems sensitive, moody, and good-hearted.

This video taught me something about my family - the one of my grandmothers who was narcissistically evil might have been an ENFJ. (Not to say ENFJs are all evil, to be clear.) My likely ISTP dad said one of his biggest beefs with her is that she thought everybody had problems, and if they said they didn't then that was the worst thing because they were denying it. The favorites of her own children were the ones who did the most messed-up things, and her favorite above that (so my dad tells it) was the foster kid named Tommy whose life goal was to kill the non-foster kids. Said grandmother also had no comprehension or love for my likely ISTJ mom. All of this (in theory) led my parents, in finding each other, to go anti-ENFJ so hard that admitting problems was a dumb idea, in a "why would you do that?" sense. So my INTP problems were mostly just considered weakness and things to cover up and bottle up. Fun fact: that turns out to be toxic! Wheeee! I do genuinely love that this channel is sometimes poignant in the comedy. I just didn't expect it to be through this series. :-)

Yeesh, I'm sorry your family had to go through all that. I hope you've been able to find relationships where you get to be vulnerable and talk about your problems in a safe way, too. I think it's important to remember and discuss that all types have potential to be evil so we can work past those dark sides in ourselves. Feelers can have a strong tendency to rank people and pick favorites, and it becomes toxic if we haven't worked through it before having children. Thinkers can have a "problems need solutions" mindset that turns toxic in the other direction if they raise children whilst treating their emotions as problems.

I think my own family has an unhealthy ENFJ in it too and it sucks. We also had a severely unhealthy ESFJ too. I did fortunately have a sweet ESFJ grandma but she was the only positive Fe role model in my family. I honestly think the unhealthy Fe doms in both my parents’ families may have made them go Te-dom instead. And then they raised me (an INFP). So I not only am low in Fe to begin with, I actively distrust it a lot of the time. (Though I CAN be won over by genuinely sweet XSFJs.) -INFP

As an ENFJ I think this is a far too analytical approach to how we operate. Yes we have introverted thinking but it's not operating at the forefront of out minds. We don't analyse people we gage them based on how they are feeling, we externalise so we can gage their response. We're not systematic we are adaptive. Yes, we like to help people, but we are more about connection rather than fixing people. I don't see people as patients or cases, I see them as potential friends which I can build a long lasting relationship. Just my quick thoughts on the subject.

As an INTJ, while I can certainly understand and appreciate the humour about there being no good in us, despite our ability to be evil (I think we would be quite good and efficient at it), it is also the case that INTJ’s tend to have a very strong sense of morality that guides them. I think one example that would make an INTJ appear “evil” when in fact they are attempting to pursue the course of least harm, is in regards to addressing problems early. Someone too empathetic may let an issue fester, until it gets worse, and ultimately more people must suffer, while an INTJ is more likely to recognize the potential future problem/ threat, and address it. It can be difficult to know for certain when early action is necessary or not, and taking too much early action can also be a problem. I suppose the moral of the story is to look beyond the immediate future, and be proactive in addressing things before they get worse, even if doing so may make you come across as cold or harsh to others. There are no doubt many whom in hindsight, would agree with this line of thinking.

That was my first thought as well, but then I realized that Kristin's point was probably that an ENFJ cannot comprehend the Te-Fi axis and would be hyper-aware of our ineptitude in Fe. The ENFJ's idea of morality would be (partially) limited to "keeping the peace" and "being nice to people," and so he/she would see us as evil because the way we understand morality is very different (though it may occasionally overlap).

I'm an ENFJ who's been married to an INTJ for nearly fifteen years, and Kristin's bit here really made me laugh: as an initial/occasional reaction, it's quite accurate, for two reasons - 1) I still regularly find it absolutely mind-boggling that someone will dig their heels in and absolutely refuse to do or say something nice purely and solely because they resent the expectation, and quite regardless of the fact that it would save everyone SO MUCH TIME if they could swallow just the tiniest bit of their pride and be kind enough to move things forward in goodwill - so much for "efficiency" **every of the facepalms** 2) there's an alarming fixation on power and/or retribution that surfaces now and again which is pretty hardcore and I tend to find it genuinely shocking. But I know it's not his main running program so I just blink at him and he laughs and we move on. He reacts with somewhat similar shock to my more hardcore Ti judgements. But an ENFJ who's willing to put enough effort into the relationship will be able to see that these things are occasional frustrations, not deal breakers - there's an awful lot we actually have in common.

As many other small mammals, they follow a polyphasic sleep schedule, based on an ultradian rhythm: they often sleep for an hour or two at a time, and then they're up for an hour or two. This cycle occurs throughout the day and night. However, gerbils who are raised in captivity tend to adapt to human sleeping schedules. R.E.M. sleep and slow wave sleep make up a higher percentage of the total sleep time of smaller mammals compared to bigger ones. Also, predators usually have longer R.E.M. sleep than prey. Some of this I'll have to know for my psychophysiology test in about 10 days.

I have a list of tips I personally made for myself (Enfj). Hopefully some of these can feel helpful or relatable. Read at ur own discretion. ❤️ -When someone is talking about their problems don't give them your unsolicited advice. Most ppl just want someone to listen. -Dont laugh at things you don't actually find funny (Work on being more genuine) -Stop looking for external validation all the time. Try to work on things independently without needing to tell anyone abt it. -Don't force ppl to hang out with other ppl, "alone" doesn't mean "lonely". -Dont be friends with someone purely out of pity. "Aww they look lonely. I can be their friend". You're doing a disservice to them. -You would be so much more attractive if u knew how to say "No" more and not fighting for harmony all the time, I promise. There's a reason Ti users are hot. -Mind ur own business, sometimes we do too much fr. -Don't feel bad if someone doesn't want to be ur friend, they have the right to do that. -Stop trying to lecture everyone 24/7 to make yourself feel smart and superior. (Inferior Ti) -Take criticism better, it's ok to not know everything and to be wrong sometimes. -Be more open minded, even when you think the situation is unfair. -Dont take information at face value, do your own research. Don't trust what ppl say blindly. And ask yourself "Does this make sense to me" -Something embarrassing happened.. okay and?? Move on. Stop overthinking everything. -Dont give your opinion on something without knowing the full story. Get context. Understand both sides. -Spend more time with Istp's. They teach you a lot of things. You grow a thicker skin with a stronger mindset bc of them. -There are 3 others types with the exact same cognitive function stack as us (enfjs) but in different orders. Istp: Ti > Se > Ni > Fe Estp: Se > Ti > Fe > Ni Infj: Ni > Fe >Ti > Se Enfj: Fe > Ni > Se > Ti If you want to understand your other functions, try hanging out with these types more.

I'm married to an INTJ: they push you in this kind of growth, too - more than ISTPs, imo, because they *excel* at throwing cold water on you. 😂 INFJs can also be good for us: my INFJ mom taught me to boundary-up reeeeaaaallly well. The way she'd say it was to know when things are "not your job" - you just can't afford to take everything on AND stay sane: conserve your energy for the times when the circumstances construct themselves - that's when you can actually help. (Incidentally, a lot of time with an INFJ will also cure you of an embarrassing overindulgence in Ti: *insert the "aliens" meme here* )

@@YellaSpiceFamily Being married to an Intj sounds awesome, and what you described about them is very true. They teach you to think for yourself and help us grow in many other ways too. But I can't agree with the Infj part too much (only from personal experience). I think I've had bad experiences with them, they come off as manipulative/covert narcissists who enjoy to humble brag, who give unsolicited advice allll the time, and they overthink situations TOO much (which is something I'm trying to get away from). Maybe I need to keep looking for better ones. But the Istp's I hang out with are so authentic and genuine, who don't sugar coat things or try to agree with you to "make you feel better". That's something I personally strive to be like, (especially since our cognitive functions are reversed). Overall I respect your opinion and agree with most of it, ur comment is much appreciated, congrats on ur marriage! 🙏

You are so right. My best friend in school was an istp and we learned a lot from each other. Generally, as I grew older I got more chill about everything and learned that sometimes there is no right or wrong. Just because somebody doesn't act the way I would doesn't mean it is wrong... I still have to learn a lot (I am only 21 so I bet in a few years I will talk about how I saw the world in a different way as I was still studying in university). I don't need to be perfect (this is also something I learned and still have to remind myself sometimes) but I really enjoy improving myself. And the best way to do so is by learning to see the advantages of the way of thinking and acting of personality types that are not our own. It also helps a lot with appreciation for other people in general :) My intp dad also helped me a lot with seeing things from a different perspective. My sister is an infj and my mother an xnfp, so through live he got really good at dealing with emotions of others haha. When I have an emotional breakdown I call him and he helps me getting out of my Fe-Ni-loop and seeing the world more through Se and Ti again...

As an INTJ i can say actually we're the prove of "don't judge by the look". I think we have one of the most unrelated stereotypes in 16 personalities! Ok enough about us! I can say ENFJs are rare and hard to find (at least for me) but when you meet one you easily get them by their unique traits. One of the smartest types not only in feelers but in all of the 16 types. Usually it's cool and nice to talk to them. Can get a little nosy and it's uncomfortable for an introvert like me but you can be sure even at their lowest, they mean well. As an intuitive one, an ENFJ probably is the best person to seek through my mind and analyze my feelings better than I can ever do. P.S: these are just my experiences by knowing a few of them and my opinions by my own informations, surely there is nothing as "always true" or "fact" in my opinions! P.S 2: Really like these kinds of videos. Give me a new vision about each type. Thanks for another wonderful video❤

@@Elodie_N_INTJ_Analyzes I suppose if one were to acquire this knowledge only for themselves, it would be only a blessing, but when you want to use what you know to help others, it can become a curse because you understand that not everyone wants help. Some people cling to their ideals and their feelings and their personal perspective of those feelings so fiercely, that trying to shift that perspective, even if it is to help them, is seen as some sort of attack. That's where seeing things deeply and in a way other people don't perceive, can be berh difficult and isolating. My ISFP sister is the person most close to me. I love her with all my heart but so many issues arise because I see things she doesn't want to see - she holds on to her perspectives with all her might and feels it all so personally that it becomes difficult for me to help her. She'd get upset or feel insulted if her values or way of choosing to see things is challenged, so I have to remain quiet and watch her suffer because that's what she wants. She doesn't want help or advice. What makes it even worse, is to, later, be proven right every single time, even by the very person who wouldn't listen themselves. That may seem as though it would be rewarding but it isn't. An INFJ's super power is to help and strengthen people. When they're deprived of that, it feels like a curse.

There probably is a lot to unpack and my INFJ Gf has defo tried several times but I am also finally starting counselling/therapy and I’m scared because for an fi user I suck about talking about emotions and facing psychological wounds- but at the same time I know it’ll probably just be me talking and unravelling my own brain with Fi as I externally process 🤷🏻‍♀️

@@keitsukishima1852 interesting, I mean I am also an enneagram 6 so I also see the negative possibilities and everything that can go wrong, but I feel a lot of anxiety from it so I try not to. But also for an ENFP I actually like some boundaries and parameters so then I can be sure that I’m not going to mess anything up when I explore the possibilities. I am the most comfortable when I don’t have to worry about limits- which often is when I’m on my own or with someone I’m truly comfortable around and can bounce ideas off of. But in a lot of situations I need boundaries and structure so I can thrive within it while still being able to Ne out which is constantly- I just need to know boundaries and rules and other peoples expectations so I can still do what I want and explore to my hearts content- but need structure to do that within to alleviate anxiety that I’ll do something wrong and mess it up and people won’t want to put up with it anymore, Which Wow that was a tad bit of an Fi rant, but luckily for me in KZbin comments social rules don’t exist, well they might do but oh well. I am really not great at social rules and have always been considered weird (which I just own now) but i still need boundaries and rules so I can feel more relaxed about screwing up. I want to explore possibilities and say every random thought that comes into my head and freedom to be myself, but I don’t always trust myself in that I’ll be able to do that and not make a complete mess of a situation. Like the fear that One day my scatteredness and clumsiness and forgetfulness will stop being endearing and people will just leave… Anyways again sorry lapsed into Fi monologue 😬 which I find myself doing a lot more recently as I’ve been trying to properly nurture my Fi (like going to councilling) and it is where I feel most comfortable- or exploring possibilities of how and why I feel the way I do and unpacking myself and then talking about it with someone else (though that’s taken more work but I’m starting counselling so :)

Immediately considered Googling the sleeping habits of gerbils. Restarted the video with UK captions and forgot about it until a caption reminded me. Trying to remember to do so as I type this... but I've found some really warm receptions as the fully engaged ENTP. "My boyfriend doesn't like to hear about my job," a friend once told me after spilling for a half-hour about how her company was helping market and distribute COVD vaccines. "Well, it's very interesting, and you're doing something important and helpful to the world," I said while thinking actually *doing* that job would bore me to death.

As an INFP, it probably depends upon what mood I'm in as to whether I feel I have achieved anything of substance. If I'm feeling externally focused, such as for an upcoming high school reunion, then, yes, definitely not. But at other times, when I'm really engaged with what I am doing, then it feels like progress and substance. My art work is a lot better than it was 20 years ago; even though I do it for fun, the practice of doing it has improved it. And then there are the moods I get when I'm in the clouds. At such times, I tend to think "well, what would a lion care for the opinions of the sheep?" I am old enough to realise that all of us see this differently at different times, and at the end of the day, I'm on my journey, achievements or not, and others are on theirs. Acting with kindness, compassion and patience is the way to go.

Keep it to a minimum, and catch yourself when you feel like you're overstepping and tell yourself YOU do NOT need to be the hero of everyone's story. I really like how very simple, yet potentially polysemous the INFJ' sentence is. It can simply imply that ENFJ and INFJ are excited to psychoanalyze people together but also ask the more profound question of who actually psychoanalyzes the other in the same time. Knowing Kristin's attention to details, I would say it was intentional. If so, she gets the INFJ's wittiness very well. Also props to her for finding a good way to translate ENFJs mind concretely in video because I think it might not be that simple to figure out. I'm only an INFJ, which means Fe isn't my first function so I don't actually know if informations appear that consciously in ENFJ's mind since it's like a second nature for them. But I can definitely tell that it's quite close to how that would be in my mind with Fe as a secondary function.

@@emilys3638 Thanks a lot for your comment. You're welcome ! That's just common Ni thing really: deep insights, connecting the dots and seeing all the possibilities. It's all about underlying meanings. People with it as their dominant function easily see and usually talk with double meanings so they're really witty people. The downside of it is people usually think we're a bit crazy for seeing connections "everywhere" when they don't see it as concrete or justified so we're usually misunderstood. But that's because we live a lot in the abstract world so we can identify the chain of events that leads to a real consequence. That's where the Ni "seer" reputation comes from, precisely because we don't draw conclusions out of nowhere and we're usually correct. But just like every prediction, it doesn't always happen. We're just good bettors ah ah ! Sometimes I end up finding new meanings to other's ideas but maybe it makes it look even better in the end. So maybe there wasn't a double meaning but the sentence can still make you think of it so I would say it still represents INFJ pretty well anyway. I'm glad to know someone find it interesting. I'm also proud if you've learn a new word, glad to help ! I bet an INTP would know it, they're so knowledgeable. Loving to learn endlessely is one thing INTPs and INFJs have in common I think. Then later in the afternoon he’d approach anybody who took the snacks to talk with them and get them to open up. Then once the coworkers were softened he would ask them for favors, like pick up extra shifts etc. then if they said no, he’d bring up the fact that he brought in snacks and that he cares about you. I never bit because I never took the snacks. Every nice action seemed to always have an ulterior motive so I just shut it out. He would always get upset and be like “how come we never talk? You never tell me about anything.” And I would tell him “I don’t like to mix my work life with home life.” Which would be enough for the dude to think something’s wrong but enough of a rule to respect. The DKU (DearKristinUniverse) is consistent. I spotted the INFJ by their sweater 🤭 The INFJ is always wearing clothes that I, myself an infj, would happily and most definitely wear 🤣 Seroiusly now: I love the attention to deatils and how your acting begins way before you put yourself in front of the camera, when you choose each outfit and do all the preparations

I am an infj, I always wear gray and light blue. But I am a male. It's funny because I only noticed a few years ago that I always wear these colors. I tried branching out and now I have some maroons also lol

Apparently esfp is detail-oriented, maybe that's why she does these so well. It's kind of baffling to me how good she is at this

It's okay. I kinda like being roasted. To be truthful, I psychoanalyze everyone.. Everyday. I do it involuntary. I like it. 10 out of 10 people, I do it so I can understand and be on your side. I exist to stand up for people apparently. 💙

It's not like we are even TRYING to psychoanalyze people. It's just natural. I find that people usually appreciate that I understand and genuinely care about them. There are times when I realize I need to back off, but most of time my social encounters are good ones.
